Philippa handled the communication between us and the seller and supported us throughout the purchase. Gary handled our mortgage with care and found us great rates and house insurance. Lisa helped us with the key collection and any other queries we had! Overall it was a great experience for such a stressful process, highly recommended!
9th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

Throughout the entire journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism. His prompt responses to our queries gave us immense confidence and reassurance at every step. We are truly grateful for his dedication and effort in helping us settle into our new home.<br><br>As first-time renters in the UK coming from overseas, we noticed that letting regulations, verification practices, and administrative procedures differ significantly from what we are accustomed to in Hong Kong. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients.<br><br>It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning. My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. Maria and Anna (who are both also brilliant) would seamlessly step in, keeping everything moving and ensuring I was always kept informed. That level of communication and dedication made a huge difference.<br><br>I genuinely can't recommend Marina & Hampshire Life Homes highly enough. 19th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We recently sold our house through Connells but using their third-party auction company. Once signed up to the auction company, they should take over the sale leaving very little for Connells to do, unfortunately this didn’t happen, the service we received was very poor. Thankfully, Samantha Oxley at Connells was on the ball, acting between us and the auction company. There were times when Sam was as frustrated as us with the lack of service from the auction company, but she kept working on our behalf.<br>Thanks Sam

She was aware it was only a preliminary enquiry with no definite plans to sell immediately, yet the time & attention she gave me was over & above. No sales pitch, or false promises, just straightforward information delivered in such a kind, professional & connected manner. She’s a credit to the company & I wish her all the best regardless of whether I sell or not.
21st Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

They kept me updated all the way of our purchase of our new house. As a first time buyer, they helped me to understand the process and answered all my queries in timely manner. Although there's some unexpected delays but still managed to complete our purchase with a grateful hearts. Thank you for all your help.

3rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Mark Collins recently sold a rental property for me , from initial meeting of Mark I knew I wanted to use him to sell my property , I had done some research on what local properties were selling for , Mark was spot on with his valuation so the property sold very quickly , he is always available to speak on the phone or will always call back promptly if hes busy ,he made the whole process stress free, I cant recommend him enough
