Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

Molly was particularly proactive in making sure the photography and particulars showed the property at its best and in bringing prospective buyers through the door. George Henty Dodd conducted the negotiations with the buyer with wisdom and great attention to detail at all stages. His communication skills and EQ stood out for us as an important factor in the successful completion of the sale in a challenging market.

From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!

Communication was excellent throughout: they kept us fully updated, responded promptly to every question and worked tirelessly to achieve the price we wanted.<br><br>Their dedication and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and made the entire sale feel far less stressful than we had anticipated. We truly appreciated how much they did to keep everything moving smoothly and support us at every stage. We have already recommended Liam and Abidul to friends and would happily recommend them to anyone selling a property.
7th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Definetly was not happy with Taylors in Dunstable. It was obvious I actually never understood anything when selling my home..But, I soon learnt literally overnight and realised the extortionate price 'he' charged me using a silly printed piece of paper with figures on and with no percentage either stating the fees on selling a home. As 'he' smugly pointed out "he was worth it" luckily with help from a friend who pretended she was selling her house to find out the fees from Taylors, I realised i could get a 1 % fee instead of his greedy extras on top.<br>They never sold my home reason being it was over priced and it was their price and not mine..I had 2 viewings which i still believe were fake and was let down each time an hour before and one actual viewing with half hour notice given however, but with a lovely young lady from Taylors and she gave me feedback straight away.<br>Yet I still would never ever use Taylors again because it was all about making extra money from me in anyway 'he' could.
