The process was really easy and Marco worked tirelessly to ensure the process was easy on both sides.<br>Due to us moving to a new area and not being able to get to the branch easily he helped us with online processes rather than in person.<br>Excellent customer service, would happily use them again for any future properties.

When it looked like we were going to loose the propoerty we fell in love with Flora stepped in with calm professionalism and remarkable determination and helped guide us into securing it. She was great at chasing solicitors, liaising with all parties, and keeping us informed every step of the way.<br><br>Flora genuinely cared about getting us into our home, not just closing a deal. Thanks to her persistence and creativity in problem-solving, we exchanged and completed without losing the property we'd fallen in love with. We truly couldn't have done it without her and the team at Winkworth.<br><br>If you want an agent who will fight your corner and go the extra mile — look no further. Five stars, without hesitation.

Selling a home is never completely stress free in this climate especially, but Jan’s communication, organisation, and steady approach made a real difference. She kept me updated at every stage, managed viewings efficiently, and provided clear guidance when decisions were needed. I appreciated her professionalism and support, and I definitely would recommend her to others.

He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

6th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Hello folks, I'm based in Malaysia and own a property in London managed by Farrell Lewis. They were recommended to me by the developer & I've not looked back since. It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear.<br><br>They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place.<br><br>I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord who was constantly harassing me, and Portico didn't step in to help me with any of it. The episode caused me and my family untold distress and cost me a fortune.<br><br>I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit.<br><br>Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and fully up to date with our sale. At every stage we felt that everyone was working together towards the same goal: achieving the best possible outcome while making what can often be a stressful process feel calm, manageable, and well organised.<br><br>Oakleys’ understanding of the local Berkhamsted market was exceptional. Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.
