They enabled us to get the best possible price for the house and guided us through the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your sale or purchase.

28th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fabulous sales and rental team at the SW3 office. I have used them to rent out a property for the last 10 years and they have been so brilliant at finding good tenants . I then have recently used them to sell the property which could not of have gone more smoothly. Agnes, the head of the sales team was brilliant at managing the sale of the property, professional and realistic advise, she secured a very smooth quick sale which I was very grateful for given the present landscape of the property market at the moment.

They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take.
