The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.
4th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.
8th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Underwhelming service beginning to end. There was not one piece of proactive communication from Denise throughout the entire transaction. It felt as though there was little management from YourMove of the relationship between buyer and seller. Emails and phone calls were just forwarded or passed on with no commentary or advice.<br><br>A boundary issue was identified by us and there was zero interest in resolving the issue or willingness to engage both parties in a resolution. Two months of our lives were wasted waiting for an update on the issue we identified to then hear via our lawyers that the position had changed to our detriment, with no warning or input from YourMove. The only conclusion we could take was that we had been misled by either the sellers or the agents or both. When we raised the concerns that we had been lied to, we were ignored. We could not be clearer on the deadlines we had to adhere to or face financial penalties, and even in the face of these deadlines being missed, there was little to no urgency from YourMove.<br><br>From a practical perspective, every viewing we arranged was either cancelled on no notice or rearranged.<br><br>To conclude, if you are a seller looking to use YourMove, your transaction will not be progressed and there will be no advice on how best to resolve any issues that come up. If you are a buyer, we genuinely felt misled at best, and lied to at worst. Instruct at your peril.
26th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)* Poor Communication and Unnecessary Delays<br>* My Worst Experience with a Letting Agent<br>* Great at Winning Business, Poor at Delivering It!<br><br>My experience with Accor Letting Agents was extremely disappointing and, to be honest, very stressful.<br><br>The process took around five months, during which calls and emails regularly went unanswered. The initial marketing of my property was poor, with an inaccurate description and the main photograph showing the rear entrance to the block rather than the front-facing apartment overlooking the park – the property’s biggest selling point. I ended up rewriting the description myself and supplying better photographs, making the balcony view the main image.<br><br>Once instructed, communication became very slow. What was presented as “another week” repeatedly turned into another month, leaving me feeling strung along. There appeared to be very little internal communication between staff, and I often had to chase for updates. Ironically, the only prompt contact I received was when additional fees or payments were required.<br><br>They were excellent at pitching for my business, but the service that followed fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not use them again and cannot recommend

Their knowledge of the local housing market and ability to quickly arrange potential reliable buyers was impressive. Once the sale was agreed the management of all the paperwork and communication was exemplary and useful when potential issues, out of our command, down the short chain arose. Any queries were answered promptly Overall very pleased we chose to select AdM and many thanks to Philippa, James, Lisa and David.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

29th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot thank the Wards team for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Following the sudden loss of a loved one, selling the house was emotionally very challenging, especially for her elderly parents. Throughout the entire process, Wards went far beyond what would normally be expected. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely caring at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even going to the house to provide us with final meter reading, and their sensitivity and understanding made a real difference. A massive thanks to Daniel, Hollie, Logan, Bliss, Sharon and Jodie. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only excellent service, but truly compassionate people.

Professional, very complimentary about the property and did a wonderful job of selling to each and every person who viewed.<br><br>Shane was also superb when Sam wasn’t available. Between them they made the process extremely easy and I can’t fault them for the service we received.<br><br>Thank you for making the process so seamless and easy.<br><br>We are happy knowing the property we put so much love and time into, was valued, appreciated and sold with the upmost professionalism and kindness.

From the first viewing to completion, everyone was friendly, professional and easy to deal with.<br>Archie showed us around the flat and was absolutely lovely. He gave us plenty of time to look around, never rushed us, and was happy to answer any questions we had. He made the viewing feel relaxed and enjoyable.<br>Charlotte and her team were brilliant throughout the whole process. They kept things moving, kept us updated, and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. Buying a property can be stressful, but they made it feel so much easier.<br>I’d happily recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The estate agent, decided to park his car on our own private driveway. When finally confronted he acted as if he didn’t care, was not apologetic in slightest. In fact he was more concerned he would be “late” for his next viewing. Awful company, typical estate agent demeanour, rude and arrogant.<br><br>Calls to head office will be made and reported.
