25th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Unreliable and unhelpful: I booked in a valuation of my property and then on the morning of, the guy phones and says he needs to reschedule. When I asked him the reason, thinking I could forgive them if it was a legitimate reason such as staff illness, he made some excuse about shifting things around in the calendar. There was no consideration of the impact it had on me, my work schedule and my plans. It didn't bode well for how they'd behave actually marketing a property and then expecting 2% of the sales price! What a cheek.

Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

Refused to provide rental accounts and all necessary certificates to a Landlord to facilitate eviction action against a Tenant despite requests for months. We don't even know if those necessary legal compliance (such as regular EICR check, protecting deposit with a govenrment shceme) has been properly done. A nightmare for Landlords.
