24th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)They have intensionally misled me by charging unauthorized items on rent collection which is fraud. They have also forgotten to collect rent on time and are charging very high fees on rent. A very bad office to do rental business with.They don’t care about their clients at all.

I had lots of questions along the way, and every one was answered promptly and clearly. Shout out to Freya, She was always approachable and made the experience stress free. Pleased with the property. Collecting the keys was straightforward, and i'm very happy with the service I received. Highly professional and highly recommended!

We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend
9th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.
11th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I did not sell with them I removed my property because in 10 weeks they got me two viewings and another who didn’t show. I had two emails from them during the whole time. Very disappointed and as for you, the fact you think I’d sold through them tells be enough!

Communication updates could be improved to be more frequent even if no movement on the sale. But overall very happy that we went & stayed with Wrights of Hatfield. Put on the market in September 2025 & had lots of viewings, we had offer in February & completed in June.
4th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)This the second time in two years I have worked with Bay Tree on a sale (previously a probate property, this time my own) and they were again excellent. For various reasons, it was quite an elongated process but Suzie was calm, efficient and persistent throughout. Communication was always first-rate and especially valuable in the long, post-offer period. Bay Tree are genuine experts on the local market and therefore well placed to offer sound advice, accurate valuations and to deal with the inevitable challenges that arise. So, I am a genuinely satisfied customer and very happy to recommend Bay Tree.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.

I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
