I spoke to him, viewed the property, and everything was completed within the same day. Paperwork sorted and agreements signed. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth it was. Even when he was put in an uncomfortable situation, through no fault of his own, he handled it extremely professionally, which helped me feel comfortable as well. A real credit to his role. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I had a valuation with Carrie at Hamptons in Caterham. She is by far the most impressive Agent in the area and in her field. Professional, knowledgable, passionate, presentable and honest are just a few ways I would describe her. Hamptons stood out and they really are unlike any other Estate Agent in the area - they go the extra mile with every detail and have their clients at the forefront of everything they do. I would recommend them.- 4th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. 25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

Buying a property can feel overwhelming, but Stephen never rushes you. He takes the time to understand your needs, answers questions clearly, and makes himself available when you need reassurance. What really stands out is that he listens carefully and tries to see things from your perspective, which makes the whole process feel far more manageable. 18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)In the undeniably English way, I only leave reviews in extreme cases (and let’s be honest it’s usually in disappointment). But Adam at Daniel Adams Estate agents comes under the extremely rare category of excellent. I’m someone that has never sold a house before, and likes to over-research every tiny decision. The unbelievable amount of estate agents completely overwhelmed me, and I arranged an embarrassingly high amount to come and view our home. We met with a lot of very professional and nice enough people but after meeting with Adam it was an easy decision whom to trust with our big new chapter. Adam himself is warm, bubbly and so obviously passionate about his profession that it put me immediately at ease. He throughly explained everything and generously shared his vast knowledge as I plagued him with questions about the process. He is very calm, collected, didn’t oversell or put us under any pressure. He was honest and open about the current housing market, and realistic with pricing strategies. After we signed the contract (at a very reasonable rate), everything went so smoothly. Photographs were excellent, great video and drone footage on Instagram and viewings within a week. I didn’t like the idea of a lot of different agents in and out of my home, but Adam did every viewing, always accommodating the viewers and our time restraints. I trusted he would look after our home completely. He got us offers within a month, and sold at above asking in 6 weeks. After that the Daniel Adams office were phenomenal, recommendations of solicitors (who were also all excellent), surveys sorted so fast the agent we were buying with couldn’t believe it. I once rang Adam for some advice and he answered … whilst skiing! I told him off for working on holiday, but was so impressed by his professionalism and genuine care of his clients. Guy is a legend, don’t hesitate.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I am so pleased I found Mark Hart Real Estate company when we decided to rent out our property. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Neve and Caitlin were always clear, prompt, and incredibly informative. I was kept updated at every stage and never felt out of the loop. They took great care in vetting potential tenants, which gave me complete peace of mind that the right people were moving into our home. We had already moved out when the property was on the market and Mark and the team were able to assist with preparing the property for the new tenants, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

When we first met, he promised he would find a buyer for my property — a former council home — and he delivered. I moved to Oaks after my previous agent failed to secure a single viewing in six weeks. Oaks arranged viewings every week. Communication was excellent throughout. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made everything quick, clear, and professional. The team also worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly right to the end, making sure no communication was missed between the legal teams and that everything stayed on track. I would highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.
