The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.
13th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Justin the agent was very helpful in helping me secure the flat, organised a viewing same day and helped reassure me as a student that it was possible. Cal, a other member of staff, was also very supportive throughout the process. As always with agencies, it can be scary handing your money over for holding deposits and you have to bear in mind that making money is the primary objective. So far I am very happy with Black Katz services and hope throughout my tenancy we can operate as a team in conjunction with the land lord. Thank you for your help so far, would reccomend.

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
31st May 2024 (1 year ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

They were always very helpful and made it easy for me living abroad as they resolved the tenants minor issues practically and helped me when there were bigger issues. Would highly recommend
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

Ed Macfarlane's solid valuation attracted exactly the right kind of buyers for the property and the ensuing competition and skilfull negotiations from Andrew Stanyard achieved several over-asking price offers. Andrew's guidance on selecting the best buyer helped to keep the sale secure despite our complicated onward move. And Rebecca Thomas brilliantly managed the whole process with pro-active and responsive communications that kept everything on track through to completion on deadline. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Reigate to anyone looking to sell a property in the area - they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. And, unlike some other local agents we've dealt with, they focus their efforts on selling homes, rather than building their social media influencer profiles.

Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."

10th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
22nd Apr 2026 (18 days ago)The whole team at DKH Ricky were fantastic in helping us secure our home after a 3 year house hunt. Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend working with this fantastic team whether you're buying or selling.
