Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.

From start to finish, Tom was absolutely exceptional. He and his team were incredibly proactive and worked extremely hard to secure excellent tenants for our property, keeping us updated every step of the way. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a letting agent — nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. His professionalism, knowledge of the London rental market, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us gave us complete confidence that we were in very good hands. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, excellent communication, and such a positive attitude so effortlessly. Tom is a real credit to Chesterton's and represents the company with professionalism, integrity and genuine care for his clients. 27th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

The team was very kind, helpful and always ready to answer our questions. They provided all the information we needed and made everything clear and easy for us. We really appreciate their support and professionalism. We are very happy with the house we are renting and truly grateful for their help. Thank you for such a positive experience — we would definitely recommend this agency!- 31st May 2024 (1 year ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.

6th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.

After 2 other agents and all hope lost Duncan and the team gave me nothing but confidence and 3rd time lucky really was the case. Even through the tough times Duncan went above and beyond to provide clear communication, advice and guidance during the unclear moments. Not only is Duncan a rockstar but the whole team I engaged with just exuded professionalism while maintaining a personal service If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can’t rate them highly enough and highly recommend them as your agent of choice
10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.
