Hamptons go above and beyond, they have exceeded my expectations each year we continue our working relationship. I would without hesitation most definitely recommend Hamptons to all my friends and family.

23rd Feb 2026 (25 days ago)My experience as a landlord with First Capital and Passion Property Group has been extremely stressful and disappointing. After serving a valid Notice to Quit (NTQ), the property should have been returned to me at the end of the tenancy. Despite this, they have refused to hand back possession. Even after Croydon Council confirmed they would remove the tenant, I have continued to face resistance. In my experience, housing law has been incorrectly cited to justify keeping my property beyond the agreed tenancy end date. Rent payments have repeatedly been made late, causing unnecessary financial strain. I have also been charged for repairs that I was never informed about beforehand, despite the contract clearly stating that they are liable for such repairs. The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply concerning. I am particularly dissatisfied with the conduct of Nathan Hancox, the General Manager, who in my experience has stood in the way of resolving matters efficiently. I feel both the resident and I, as the landlord, have been let down. I would also like to mention Stirling Ackroyd, the estate agency in South Norwood that introduced me to this arrangement. Throughout this situation, I have found them unresponsive, unsupportive, and unwilling to assist in resolving the issues. As a property owner, this has added significant hardship and stress to my life. Based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Overall, I would strongly advise other landlords to exercise extreme caution before entering into agreements with these companies.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

She even met me at the new flat on move in day so I didn’t need to make an additional stop. Would definitely work with Marsh & Parsons in the future!

27th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience renting through Regent. Any faults with the property are quickly remediated, and the agency is very responsive to queries in general. Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. Looking forward to a continued tenancy!

3rd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I cannot recommend Andrews Worcester Park highly enough, especially Tony, who handled the sale of my late father's property. Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."

2nd Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Our house sale went through today thanks to the team at Gibbs Gillespie...big shout out for Abraham Oommen, who, as a local man with over 20 years experience as an estate agent, has invaluable knowledge...he handled the sale with humour and courtesy...there was a tear in my eye as I viewed the property for the last time...my parents had lived there over 60 years and I was brought home there as a new born baby in 1947..now the house lives again with another young family...thanks Abraham and Adam for a painless sale.- 9th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Isaac and Rameet were insightful, responsive and friendly throughout! I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays. Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I feel very lucky to have had her support throughout this process and would highly recommend Ashleigh to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive letting agent!!
