He has made himself fully available, is a wealth of knowledge and has been incredibly patient in explaining the process. He has gone above and beyond, He has stayed after hours to accompany us for various viewings to ensure our confidence it was the perfect flat for us. 13th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I’m writing this on behalf of a friend to share a really disappointing and concerning experience with Knight Frank regarding a rental property in Bracknell/Lyndhurst. The property was originally listed at £3,000 pcm. My friend offered the full asking price but was told the landlord wanted to wait as it had just come on the market. Fair enough. Two months later, the price dropped to £2,800, and she again offered the asking price. At that point, she was asked to provide very personal financial information, including bank statements. Despite complying (with sensitive details redacted), the offer was rejected — with no explanation given. When she asked for feedback, the agent simply didn’t respond. Since then, the monthly rent has reduced further to £2,650. What’s more concerning is that when someone else viewed the property presenting as a “family unit,” they were strongly encouraged to make an offer. This raises serious questions about fairness and transparency in how applicants are being treated. Please note that they did not do any credit checks, and my friend is my boss and earns significantly more than I do. Also her children are in boarding school. So she can afford the rent. No one expects to be guaranteed a property, but basic professionalism, communication, and honesty should be the minimum standard. Ignoring applicants after requesting sensitive personal data is unacceptable. This experience felt dismissive, opaque, and potentially discriminatory. At the very least, applicants deserve clear communication and respect throughout the process. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

There was less than one hour between Rebecca responding to my inquiry and my viewing with Tiffany was less! I was extremely pleased with their fast replies and professionalism, I definitely recommend starting here if you’re planning a move.
24th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I originally put my house up for sale with another very known estate on Chingford mount E4. They quickly found me a buyer, someone known to them that buys and sells properties through them. After nearly reaching exchange position they tried to drop me £25000 because they just wanted to. When I asked the agents if they had been following up my sale making sure that things were going well it was a NO. £2000 less in my pocket I went straight to Coultons in Chingford E4, what can I say, very friendly helpful people that go out there way to help. They found me a buyer and followed it through, constantly communicating with me every step of the way. They are all professionals and enjoy doing their job. I mainly delt with Euan, real gentleman. He would do anything he can to make everything go smoothly. Up to the completion day he was calling to make sure all was well. So if you really want to buy or sale a property forget about going to second best, just go straight to the best Coultons in Chingford, where you will get professional services and peace of mind.

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything felt very well organised, which made the whole process easy and stress?free.
