19th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Harry at Gregory Brown, Ashford, provided outstanding service throughout our house sale from start to finish. Any issues that arose were handled with great professionalism and dealt with promptly. While there were a few challenges along the way, none were the fault of Gregory Brown and were simply due to the chain, and Harry managed them exceptionally well. He generated a lot of interest very quickly, bringing multiple potential buyers through the door and securing several offers. Harry offered excellent advice whenever we were unsure about anything and guided us confidently through the entire process. He is extremely trustworthy and approachable, which made a stressful experience feel far more manageable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Harry to anyone looking to sell their home and needing honest guidance along the way. A big thank you from Surina & Jazz — this is an experience we’re sure Harry won’t forget anytime soon! ????
3rd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I am a qualified and accredited landlord, but I preferred to leave the advertising, viewing, and initial vetting to a reputable local agent in the immediate vicinity of the rental property. The reasons for this were the considerable time required for these processes, the reassurance of third party vetting, and the fact that the property lacked the parking facilities of nearby similar properties making it a more difficult proposition. Aimee and Allison of the lettings team at Paul Meakin successfully let the property at just 5% below the initially estimated rental. At all times, they gave prompt personal attention to any developments, whilst also demonstrating their in depth knowledge of the local lettings market. From my chats with them about the coming changes within the Renters' Rights Act 2025, it was apparent that they were also keeping up to date with developments. I would be happy to use their services again in the future if the need arises.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pile. Mike seems to be the worst at this.

We really felt taken care of and not in any kind of game like some estate agents can make you feel. Aleksandra was just a delight to work with from start to end. Highly recommend her service.
14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in London that actually cares about its clients, Nathan Andrews Agency is the one to go with. Highly recommended!

From arranging viewings through to legals and exchange it was all so smooth. The response time was always fast and any questions we had they were able to answer. Who knew an agent based in Devon would be much better than the ones inn London ! Thank you to John and Susan for making this move so easy !

From day one it was obvious how seriously he takes his work — professional, always on top of the details, and genuinely passionate about his job. He was the lynchpin in ensuring the process ran smoothly and acted as an amazing bridge between us and the buyers. I could (and did) pick up the phone to him and he would be able to offer clear guidance and practical solutions efficiently and effectively. It was pleasure from start to finish. Jill Parry was also absolutely excellent and really came through in unlocking the transaction. The whole team around Abidul and Jill were also very impressive and kept everything moving seamlessly. They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
