He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent customer service! In early January I spotted an apartment for rent — it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of location, price, and everything else. I contacted Ruben via WhatsApp, and he called me back immediately. The viewing was arranged for the next day. I visited the apartment and it was love at first sight. As I’m not English, I wasn’t very familiar with the rental process in London. Ruben took the time to explain everything, was super efficient, and always available whenever I had questions. Within 24 hours he told me the landlord had agreed in principle to my offer, and the formal process began. Thuraya Al-Haidari then handled everything — again, always helpful and attentive. I wanted to change the sofa, the bed linen, etc., and the team negotiated with the landlord so that everything could be arranged for my comfort. On the day I moved in, the apartment was spotless — and there was even a little bouquet of flowers! I have to say that before this I was renting just around the corner through Draker, and there’s simply no comparison — here they truly care about their clients, not just their wallets as at Draker. A big thank you to the whole team Thuraya and Ruben MERCI !!!

22nd Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We had a really stressful experience with Mervyn Smith. We know the Ham area well and were shocked from the start due to their dishonesty re aeroplane noise, social housing and traffic congestion. They were very restrictive with property viewing times - telling us we had 10 minutes max, even after we had an offer accepted. They put huge pressure on us in terms of our offer, making us compete really hard and being very relentless - even near completion, they were trying to get us to up our offer by telling us there was someone younger, more ready to move and offering 10k more trying to get the property - something which we found out was 100% fictional. While estate agents have a bad reputation in general, we found Joe took this to an extreme. The entire process was unpleasant and caused enormous, unnecessary anxiety. It turned a simple sale- and what should have been the exciting process - of buying a home into a horrible, exhausting experience. We have dealt with estate agents in other parts of London and not run into any of these issues.

We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us
22nd Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Wilfords go above and beyond for property management, undertaking additional unexpected tasks when the delivery company did not deliver the boxes - hence they had to go out and find boxes urgently, and they did all my packing, which the delivery company was supposed to do. Highly recommended and special thanks to Rupert and Henry, who organised everything.

They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. 30th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I would like to leave a review for our concierge, Daniel (The forge) He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently. For example, whenever there have been any issues or questions, Daniel has dealt with them straight away and kept us updated, which really gives peace of mind. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. He makes a big difference to the building and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

4th Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
