She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. 24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. The whole team are wonderful - extremely helpful and professional but I have to make a special mention to Loraine! They helped us with our initial purchase, to helping manage our property and most recently helped process the sale of our property in a very smooth manner. What sets them apart from others is the family feel, the friendly service and the fact they care. You don’t find that with many estate agents who take enormous pride with their work. If you are looking for a genuine estate agent who have great local expertise of Richmond, I would definitely recommend giving the Cantell Team a call

And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.

I highly recommend using them, and if you I need to move again in the future they will be my first port of call. Thanks guys x

10th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

Having previously been with a large, well?known high?street estate agent, I had felt like just a number — pressured, rushed, and as though my property was a nuisance when it didn’t sell quickly. The difference when I moved to Petras was immediate, and such a relief.Susie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and the time she takes. Her approach is personal, thoughtful and reassuring — exactly what you need when selling a home, which is inherently stressful. You never feel like part of a big machine.I would highly recommend Petras Property to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and care.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
