5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)I warmly recommend Philip and his amazing team. We sold our home, rented and then finally bought a new home in the space of a year all through Philip Wooller. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

She has an impressive knowledge of the houses and the local area, pointing out details and insights we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. June was patient, approachable, and happy to answer all our questions, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
9th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

1st Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Harrison Jacks is an outstanding agency and it is clear that they only choose to take on high quality properties. I had such a positive experience renting through them a few years back. Jessica was very transparent and friendly in the whole process, and helped us establish a good relationship with the landlords right away. This was particularly useful when we needed support with any maintenance during our stay. You can tell that Harrison Jacks genuinely care about their landlords and their tenants alike - I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is looking to find their new home!
25th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)My first piece of advice to anyone renting with dendrow is do not expect them to uphold their end of the tenancy agreement. You will regularly be inundated with workers and inspections. On several occasions during my tenancy this happened without notice and without a real explanation of what was happening. As most of my housemates worked throughout the day, this did not prove to be much of an issue but please do keep note of these instances as when you come to vacating the property you will 100% need to open an official dispute. Dendrow attempted to decimate our deposit via ludicrous charges that were put through their own cleaning company. The flat was rented out in a pretty run down condition and returned in a better state but £700 for cleaning was deducted from our deposit. When we moved in there were broken pieces of furniture, broken fixtures - again not unusual for London but never before have I had an attempt of £1800 deposit deductions for the pleasure. The real stickler was a charge of almost £1000 for a carpet replacement for moth damage under a bed. When we opened this as an official dispute it turned out the invoice Dendrow had used and evidence of pest treatment was over 5 years old and falsified in terms of dimensions of the room in question. Perhaps an oversight but likely an attempt to plunder money from tenants. Some of the charges were laughable including £72 for the removal of a sign the size of a piece of A5 paper. (I appreciate this is a breach but an individual call out charge and commercial waste charge for something that could fit in the bins in the building seems disproportionate). The independent MyDeposit review was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for protecting us from these dubious attempts to deduct from Dendrow. I urge you to note down times where they have broken the tenancy agreement as well as you will likely be able to win back vast swathes of the money. They will take a threatening tone with you but remember this is your own money. Better still avoid them like the plague but if you have already entered into a tenancy with them, please be vigilant.

From the very first day of valuing right through to completion, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online!
