Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

What was becoming a stressful situation has been made so easy since we switched to Goodman Warren and Beck. Paul Warren has been so helpful from the beginning and has gone beyond expectation to help us.

In particular, we have been really impressed with Lewis Burgess, Sales Negotiator. He is very professional in every aspect of his dealings with us. He always confirms appointments and is meticulous about his time keeping for viewings. He is well prepared with additional information about the property and able to answer any questions we have. If he doesn’t know the answer he always researches the issue and gets back to us promptly. He is an open, trustworthy and delightful young man, who it is a pleasure to deal with.

The whole team was friendly, helpful, patient, and kept me informed every step of the way throughout both my sale and purchase.<br><br>Polly was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the rest of the team were just as professional and supportive. They sold my home very quickly and helped me find a fabulous new property. Everything went smoothly, and I had no issues at all.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you all for making the whole process so easy. 11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

And secondly, thank you for further demonstrating to everyone your childish and petulant behaviour. I was a guarantor for my daughter who had the misfortune of dealing with your office. I am a member of the NRLA and I can promise you that I will never be stepping inside your office.

They were professional, approachable, and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. They handled negotiations sensitively, kept everything moving smoothly, and even brought plenty of humour along the way. Highly recommended!
26th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I cannot thank Jon and Natasha enough for the effort that they put into selling my house. From the off, I felt at ease. Jon set everything in motion quickly and I was updated at every step. This continued through the viewing process and once the sale was agreed, it was comforting to know that Natasha was on hand to answer any queries at any point, a reassuring presence. Having had some negative experiences when selling in the past I was initially apprehensive about going through the process. However, this was totally not necessary with Jon and Natasha and I could not have been in better hands.
