28th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money. Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend

Communications were clear and timely, viewings were well managed, and their local market knowledge clearly made a difference in achieving a strong sale.<br><br>A special mention to Stuart Harding — he went above and beyond throughout the process. Stuart was always available, reassuring, and proactive, handling every query with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and calm, friendly manner made a stressful time much easier. We felt supported every step of the way and would wholeheartedly recommend Stratton Creber Newquay, especially if you’re fortunate enough to work with Stuart.

Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They fully managed the property while it was let; they always communicated when repairs needed doing and arranged them, and in the end oversaw the cleaning. We always had the peace of mind that our house was in good hands.

She was always quick to respond and would promptly return our calls and/or emails whenever needed. We would definitely use Kingsland again in the future for any future house sales and would recommend them to others.

She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish.
