We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou
2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Beware when they try to push you into their preferred property viewing time by saying 'it might get reserved'.<br><br>This is not true. Landlords choose from a list of interested tenants so you can't reserve a property.<br><br>Then you get ghosted if unsuccessful. Is it that hard to have the courtesy to send an email informing people?<br><br>One agency to avoid in the future.
