1st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We found Charlotte and her team absolutely brilliant. Totally professional. We are moving to WIltshire from out of area and this adds to the already difficult process of viewing potential houses. However, Charlotte and Olivia went totally out of their way to help us, even coming in on a day off to enable a viewing. Charlotte never had her phone off!! Although we never purchased through Paxtons, I would absolutely not hesitate to either purchase or sell through them. Thank you all very much. Shane and Suzie.
29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

I had committed and friendly support all the way from start to finish. Three fantasic individuals in particular who I mainly dealt with, deserve a special mention, who not only in their own right are worth their weight in gold, but together their qualities and brilliance made the team really shine; Adrian Hardwick for offering his valuable professional advice and guidance, Mark Way for his super friendly professional and kind help with the viewings along with the lovely Sarah Megson who also progressed my sale with the upmost dedication and diligence. They listened to what I wanted and delivered every time. Not forgetting a big thank you to the others in the office. They really are a credit to this branch. Their support made me feel like I was their only customer on account of the attention they gave me and how focused they were on getting my property sold. I cannot speak highly enough of them and certainly recommend this branch. Thank you "Team Torrington" you are the best! ??????????????????

The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!
2nd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)From our initial valuation Peter was very knowledgeable about the local market, and gave me a fair and representative valuation of my home. All staff are extremely responsive, and gave an immediate response to any queries raised. Every 'phone call or email was responded to, and if needed action was taken. Scarlett attended appointments with interested clients and was friendly and professional throughout. She put together a really lovely social media video to advertise my home, on top of usual advertising. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way by Amanda and Amie. I would recommend Seasons Estate Agents in Looe. They have been friendly, respectful and professional throughout the process of selling my home.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

I recently bought our new home from Allen and Harris estate agents in Wells and found them to be very helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Ollie and Daisy were always responsive to my queries and requests and helped move the sale process along with good communication between parties, so even though I know they were engaged by the seller, I still felt my purchase was in good hands from their side. They even gave me a treat box of tea and discount vouchers on completion, which came in very handy for a brew on moving day and for buying my new fridge freezer with the bonus of £30 off! Such a nice gesture from Allen and Harris, what's not to like! A very good experience of buying a home from them. 5*

We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated.
