They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.

I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

Jordan was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring, especially as we were located over two hours from the area we were purchasing in.<br><br>Communication was a standout highlight - every piece of correspondence was handled promptly, and every promise made was consistently kept. Jordan was genuinely proactive in keeping the transaction moving forward, working to resolve roadblocks before they could turn into real problems. Whenever minor issues did arise, Jordan went the extra mile for us to ensure everything was resolved quickly and fairly.<br><br>It is rare to find an estate agent so dedicated, reliable, and pleasant to work with. We are very grateful for their service and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property without hesitation.

This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates.<br><br>Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date.<br><br>I would recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking to sell.<br><br>Thank you.

As an executor dealing at a distance with two sales in the same building, this was a real boon and I am truly grateful.

Connor was a pleasure to deal with and even managed to get us a last-minute viewing for a property as we were only visiting Plymouth for the day from Bristol. 15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)What a fantastic team!<br><br>We spoke to several agents a few weeks after booking and then cancelling with a larger agent in Kingswood, who were as helpful as a chocolate teapot, and as useful as 3-week-old roadkill.<br><br>We were looking to sell our home having found our dream home out of area. The minute I spoke with Natasha, I knew we’d found our agency. The support, enthusiasm and engagement from day one, were like night and day.<br><br>Natasha was bright, friendly and more than happy to come and meet me and see the house. She is exactly the type of person you want representing and showing the home you love to potential buyers; a true credit to the agency. Within a couple of days, we’d had our photographer round and the property was online. Sure enough, the very first person to view the house made an offer — and I’m sure that was every bit as much down to Natasha’s wonderfully enthusiastic approach.<br><br>The app made it incredibly easy to keep tabs on everything that was going on, and although we didn’t accept the first offer, we soon found our buyer and this week we finally exchanged!<br><br>While the sale was progressing, Hollie was an absolute superstar. We had quite a difficult ride of it with our vendors, who went through three different solicitors along the way (!), but Hollie remained steadfast, confident and incredibly professional throughout. She did a fantastic job of keeping me calm, managing all the different stakeholders and keeping everything moving at the tail end of the chain; but went the extra mile when I fell ill, by even push our vendors solicitors to help keep things progressing. Just great!<br><br>My huge thanks to Natasha, Hollie and everyone at Parks. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We were kept informed every step of the way, viewing requests were dealt with quickly & we received feedback for each one. Once a buyer was found they liaised with us, the buyer & solicitors quickly & efficiently helping the process go as smoothly as a property sale can. A big thank you goes to the whole team!

They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

This turned out to be the case, with the final sale price exceeding all expectations.
