She kindly arranged an early appointment for me and gave me plenty of time to look around the St George’s Road and Bath Street properties without ever making me feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, straightforward and a pleasure to deal with.

There is no way our house move would ever of happened without the constant effort and enthusiasm from this wonderful team.<br><br>Time and time again they went beyond what they are required to do, to chase solicitors, keep the chain informed and the whole time they did this with total professionalism, also with a lovely friendly touch.<br><br>A special thanks to Karen who is quite simply amazing and anybody working alongside her or who has Karen working for them are very very lucky.<br><br>Thanks Karen and the whole team xx

From start to finish they remained extremely focused, having to deal with a number of buyers over a 10 month period, before finally getting the sale over the line. My thanks go out to Emma, Gemma, Emily and anyone else in the Westcoast team I might have forgot to mention. Emily, our move manager, especially, for her determination in getting us through the move process, liaising with our vendors estate agent and eventually getting us into our new home. THANK YOU Westcoast Team, great effort.

She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!
21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Buying through Lang Town & Country was an absolute breeze and, considering how stressful the buying process can sometimes be, they did everything possible to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>A special mention must go to Josh, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, particularly when liaising with the various solicitors and agents involved in the chain, making sure everyone was kept informed and doing everything he could to keep things moving forward.<br><br>Even when there were a few issues and delays along the way, Josh remained calm, proactive and reassuring. He was always available when needed, quick to respond to any questions and made a real effort to resolve problems rather than simply passing them on. His willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave me real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lang Town & Country provided excellent customer service, and Josh in particular was outstanding. His hard work, approachability and commitment made what could have been a very stressful experience feel as easy as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lang Town & Country, and especially Josh, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

Although he was the estate agent for the house we were buying, he genuinely went above and beyond and felt like he was our own estate agent during the sale of our home too. Moving house was incredibly stressful, but Ed was always there to keep us updated, chase things when needed, answer our questions, and reassure us whenever we were worried. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the whole process. We're so grateful for all of Ed's hard work and support in helping us get into our new home. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, we couldn't recommend Ed highly enough. Thank you again for everything!

From start to finish, she has been absolutely outstanding throughout what turned into a very long and often challenging nine-month house-moving journey.<br><br>Stef was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She kept us informed throughout the process, was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to keep everything moving forward. Her communication was exceptional, and she consistently chased things up when needed, making what could have been an even more stressful experience so much easier to manage.<br><br>What really stood out was Stef’s dedication, patience, and genuine care.
