The team at Naomi J Ryan are professional, friendly and very good at keeping on top of things. We normally work with them in managing our rental portfolio but have recently sold a couple of properties with them and the experience has been equally impressive. Highly recommended.

Elliot helped hugely by checking out a contract we had with another estate agent and showed us their faults & flaws, before we changed to BOP. Before we even had photographs of our property, Elliot had a viewer lined up, who put in an offer straight away. Excellent service. Elle has been great, being our liaison between the solicitors & chasing everything up, which meant it was less stressful to us. She even went out her way on her day off to check in with us on completion day. Very pleased with the outcome from Bond Oxborough and would recommend this Okehampton branch. Thank you all.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. They combine genuine compassion with outstanding results, a rare and invaluable combination.

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

Melissa in particular was great help throughout the purchase process, driving all parties, keeping me informed and working with me to progress the purchase. She dealt with every challenge that came up, being contactable by email and phone as best suited the discussion. Will definitely be working with Ocean again in the future!

He was able to answer our questions before we even asked them and delivered the viewing with confidence, which made us feel welcome and increased our interest in the property. 7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Updated review I was with Belvoir as a tenant for more than 15 years. Georgia Stephens has been part of that journey for many of those years I will admit that, when the company changed hands and they lost Nicola I was concerned However, Georgia has turned out to be a real asset for Belvoir. She understands that tenants are humans, and she shows empathy and care in her dealings and communications. She has gone above and beyond for me over the years, while still staying impartial and looking after the landlords interests and being open and fair. I am now in a new property, not under the remit of Belvoir. I can’t give glowing reports for everyone - but Georgia absolutely deserves it - her service and approach has at times restored my faith in Belvoir and has injected a much needed personable approach. I hope that they recognise this and she is equally appreciated there by her colleagues and superiors!

They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.
