11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had a valuation from Clarkes around 3 months ago when my property was already been marketed by another local agent<br>Had the good fortune to meet Andrea who gave me lots of useful tips which really helped improve the look of the flat in order to attract viewings<br>Andrea is honest, genuine, sympathetic and very knowledgeable.<br>At the time I was still locked up in a long sales agreement with another agent therefore couldn’t appoint Clarkes<br>The situation has now changed with regards to my property, and though there is no need to appoint Clarkes I definitely will next time I sell/ buy another property. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes to anyone.
5th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole. Thanks again guys!

As well as providing and efficient service and securing a sale for our property, Connor and his team were polite, professional and caring. We were kept updated about the process at all times. They got some great photos of the property. They were persistent in getting numerous viewings. Thank you.

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)In the market where house sales take forever, solicitors are dormant and no one ever informs you about anything without chasing - choose Palmer Snell for such immortal life event as buying or selling your property. Seriously, nothing is too much of an ask for these guys - they follow up, communicate, find solutions, negotiate and deliver consistently. We worked with Ellis, Sid and Matthew have been an absolute pleasure to work with, very proffesional and exceptional at what they do. Could not recommend Palmer Snell highly enough. Thank you

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We were excited to be using an agent that was within the local area as we believed this would give an edge over other agents. However, it transpired the local branch was only for lettings and not sales (which are over 6 miles away). The cover photo that Holbrook Moran chose for Rightmove had a clear picture of the house next door included in the photo. This neighbouring property was in a very poor state of repair and did not reflect well on our recently renovated property that was being sold. We provided a suitable photo for them to use. Its disappointing that common sense from the agents did not prevail in this instance which would put off potential viewings before viewing the property in person. The agents vastly over-valued the property and there were zero viewings for over a month. We had to contact the manager to say something was wrong and suggested that the property was overpriced. The manager had a multiude of excuses but it was agreed to reduce the price. This did result in a few viewings and some 'silly' offers which didn't proceed for one reason or another. After many months of frustration, the agent suggested re-launching the property at a much lower price on Rightmove. This did result in our eventual sale completing. The property had been with Holbrook Moran for 15+ months. During this time we only had two accepted offers, one of which completed. Communication between Holbrook Moran and our solicitor (who they recommended ) was also shocking. It would seem the estate agent's spouse works at the solicitor we were recommended to use. One would think this would improve communications but the opposite was very apparent. Throughout the entire process, updates and any communications were prompted by us (the sellers) as they were not proactive in their communications. The only area they did OK in was in notifying us of when property viewings were taking place and provided feedback on viewings.- 7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Tamira was able to come up with a quick response to the required repairs, satisfying outcome.

From the very beginning of our house move right through to completion, the whole experience was made so much easier thanks to the incredible team, especially Izzy and Callum.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but they went above and beyond to take so much of that stress away. Izzy in particular was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was always on hand, incredibly responsive, professional, reassuring and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we could contact her whenever we needed to — which made such a huge difference during what can otherwise be a very overwhelming time.<br><br>Callum was equally fantastic and both of them were so approachable, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They kept us informed, answered every question we had and made us feel completely supported throughout the whole journey.<br><br>What really stood out was that we never felt like just another customer. They genuinely cared about helping us move and went above and beyond at every opportunity.<br><br>If you’re thinking of moving house and looking for an estate agent, we would wholeheartedly recommend Kingstons.
