13th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Rachael and her team at Westcoast managed both our sale and purchase.<br>Our initial transactions were incredibly fast and well managed, selling and buying within six days of going on the market!<br>The chain was pretty short but ended up being frustratingly delayed by the solicitors. Without the assistance and persistence of the team it would probably still be dragging on now!<br>Communication was excellent and we were always kept informed of any progress.<br>The team were really flexible and accomodating, in facilitating our excitement and providing multiple opportunities to revisit our purchased property prior to completion.<br>We felt valued, listened to and had all requests accommodated instantly.<br>Overall we cannot praise Westcoast in Nailsea enough and recommend them to anyone who is entering the market.

12th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. I suggest using someone else.

We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)As Executor, I have recently had to sell my Late Mother's home (my childhood home). We asked more than one Estate Agent to view the property before deciding on Stags. The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

14th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Very upset!<br><br>My partner and I were due to view a flat in cricklade, the night before we received an email saying the viewing was still going ahead.<br><br>Barely 2 hours before our viewing my partner received an email saying “your viewing has been cancelled” no explanation at all. So my partner phoned up and was told the flat had been let. Even tho it wasn’t available to let until September.<br><br>May as-well have listed it as “first come first server” because by the looks of things, no one else gets a chance after one persons shown interest.<br><br>Didn’t even have a chance to view it or get close to looking into placing a holding deposit.<br><br>This was going to be our first ever rental. Disgraceful and unprofessional. Can safely say we’ll be looking at other letting agencies in the future.<br><br>Nice way to destroy a young couples hope at freedom.
