15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.

25th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Treated atrociously by a member of staff who seemed to enjoy being offensive. We had made a substantial offer on a house but chose to withdraw based on this as we couldn't confidently believe we would receive fair and respectful engagement. whilst we spoke with the management we detected an acceptance of the poor behaviour but not a willingness to address it. Apologies to the seller but they did not represent you well at all and we simply avoided any house for sale via this branch (llandudno).
2nd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Excellent service from the team to sell our Mum's house. We appreciated their communications and updates and we never had to chase them. They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.

The entire team have been incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the entire process, especially when encountering unexpected difficulties along the way. Their knowledge of the local market has been invaluable, as has their professional yet extremely friendly advice. We would recommend them without hesitation.

The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Strakers Chippenham are extremely competent. They are a very traditional estate agent which is a good thing when going through the stresses of selling your home. We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
