24th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)This property agency is the worst one I have ever seen. They stole our £1300 deposit for showing some fake excuses. Not only that, they forced us to pay for that month’s rent also when we left whereas we stayed that property for only 10days of the whole month. They are thieves and utterly fraud special. When I called them for my deposit money they told me a big lie which was unbelievable and unacceptable. All the staffs are in the same family and that’s why they can scam people very easily. I heard lot of bad things about them but didn’t pay attention. Because I had been living there almost 15years with my husband and 4 children but never put them in trouble. We could have gone for complain about the broken house what we found at the beginning. But we accepted every single odds of their poor service. But at the end they showed their dirty faces to us. They are just thieves in one word. So don’t go to them otherwise you’ll also cry for your loss like me .???????????????????????????? Tanzira.

25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALLBismilla Property Ltd

12th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)I would really recommend you avoid this place for your own peace of mind. I was initially allured by the very low commission rate. It all started off ok, but by the end Shaz was ignoring my emails and calls for weeks on end. Provided me with a tenant who trashed my apartment and left it in a state. I really reccomend more expensive high street estate agents as in the long run this will save your money. He still hasn't even responded to my text because he failed to arrange council tax payment for the last year.

5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
