Both Richard and Edward deserve much credit for keeping us informed at every stage. Also a special thanks to Lorraine for handling the legal side of things. Would recommend their services to family and friends.
10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Bad experience of this agent. In the past, made offers which were not responded to/acknowledged for weeks. Poor communication between the office staff. They have a number of properties for sale with "overage" provisions - a lot of estate agents are not keen to sell these types of property due to the significant stress, hassle and legal complications for buyers and sellers. I would never sell my property through Peter Leete. There are other more reputable, professional estate agents in Grayshott to choose from.

All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.- 7th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Within 3 weeks not only they let the property but actually got more rent than I expected. Beacons got me more than delivered on this. Not only was helpful and willing they also made sure the process was seamless and stress free for me. Also helped tenant in every process. Highly recommended.
