6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I had a valuation with Carrie at Hamptons in Caterham. She is by far the most impressive Agent in the area and in her field. Professional, knowledgable, passionate, presentable and honest are just a few ways I would describe her. Hamptons stood out and they really are unlike any other Estate Agent in the area - they go the extra mile with every detail and have their clients at the forefront of everything they do. I would recommend them.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We are so glad we chose the Knight Frank team in Cobham to sell our house! Dan Miller was outstanding managing a tight timeline. He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Selling a family home, lived in for over 60 years, is a responsibility that requires the executor to choose an estate agent carefully! I could not have been more pleased with my eventual choice.<br>Jamie, Paul and Selina were a pleasure to deal with. From my initial meeting with Jamie, through their multiple visits to the house accompanying viewers and then buyers, I always felt confident that this was a team that worked hard, to provide a service that was about delivering the right result for the seller and buyer. And they are such nice people too!<br>I thoroughly recommend them.
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!

21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Ignored my email request for a viewing.<br><br>Spammed me with unsuitable properties.<br><br>Randomly asked me if I wanted to let my house.<br><br>Went to view a house through them, agent didn't turn up, didn't answer the phone and didn't tell me the house was off the market (as I subsequently found out via Rightmove).<br><br>Clowns.
5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Mine was a relatively simple sale - one bed flat , no chain not very exciting but that didn’t effect the level of service, enthusiasm and professionalism of James, Derek and their staff. All went smoothly and when legal people seemed to be dragging their heels a bit they were on them and by contacting them for updates daily the sale went through relatively smoothly. As I was over 200 miles away it was a relief to have people that could deal with everything , do all viewings with little input from myself. Highly recommend

After 2 other agents and all hope lost Duncan and the team gave me nothing but confidence and 3rd time lucky really was the case. Even through the tough times Duncan went above and beyond to provide clear communication, advice and guidance during the unclear moments. Not only is Duncan a rockstar but the whole team I engaged with just exuded professionalism while maintaining a personal service If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can’t rate them highly enough and highly recommend them as your agent of choice

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.
