I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. Really pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook. Brilliant service.

28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Lack of Transparency and Poor Service<br><br>I instructed Reeds Rains to find a tenant for my property and opted for their Rent Collection service. I relied on the Fee Table provided at the front of the agreement to understand the costs — as any reasonable person would. What I was not told, either verbally or in the Fee Table, was that a hidden exit fee equivalent to one month's rent plus VAT would apply if I later chose to manage the property myself.<br><br>This fee was buried in the body of the contract with no signposting. Had it been disclosed, I would never have chosen this service.<br><br>The service itself was equally poor. They failed to collect the very first rental payment — my tenant had to tell me the rent was overdue. They also failed to contact the tenant before the end of the first year to discuss renewal, as their own documentation required. Both times, my tenant came to me directly.<br><br>I have now escalated through two stages of their complaints process without any meaningful engagement on the core issue, and will refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman if Stage 3 does not resolve it. Any landlord considering this service should read every clause of the Terms of Business carefully — the Fee Table does not give you the full picture.

When he said "Not yet" the agent simply hung up. Serious buyer turned away by this agency. Would reconsider if you are thinking of listing your property with them.

From the moment we met Emma we knew we were in good hands.<br>We would highly recommend John Bray & Sons for anyone wanting to move to the area or a change of scenery. Could not give praise enough.
22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

If you're looking to rent a flat in Hove, I can’t recommend Belvoir Letting Agents enough – they truly offer a first-class service!

We choose Hanover Homes & Ian Wilkinson as his valuation for an intestate property sale was very detailed and well put together. The subsequent sales brochure was also presented in a great format that produced many viewings. This resulted in the property being sold in seven days after going to market. I would also like to mention Josh and the rest of the team in the office always helpful and most professional.

They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????

They have kept us informed every step of the way, and have always been attentive, kind and helpful. Not only do you get a more personal touch throughout, but communications are much faster than I have come to expect with previous agents I’ve used. Added bonus is the transparent costs and Phil not being afraid to chase solicitors on both sides to get a sale through in a timely fashion. Highly recommended estate agent ????????????

He was an absolute dream to have as the estate agent handling our purchase.<br><br>Buying a house is such a stressful process, but Dan made it feel so much easier. He was hugely supportive, diligent and incredibly responsive throughout. He gave us his time, shared his expertise freely and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive he was in keeping things moving and helping us navigate what can often feel like a complicated and frustrating process. His calm, professional and genuinely helpful approach made a huge difference.<br><br>Thanks to Dan, this was probably the smoothest house purchase we have ever experienced. He is a real credit to Number Twenty Four, and we would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

And an offer accepted.<br>I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.<br>I found and problems were escalated and I had an answer . Within 24hrs.<br>Nothing was too much bother for the team in general.<br>I was so impressed, that my daughter is in the process of letting her property through Fox & Sons..<br>1st estate agent that listened with a clear plan.<br>I highly rate the team at this particular agency. WELL DONE, House sold.
