Very responsive to our needs, easy to communicate with and when we came to give up renting and buy, she was really very flexible with helping us to do that with move out dates etc! What makes our perspective a little different is that we work with them on both sides—we rent out a property through them, and we also rent a property from them ourselves. That gives us real insight into how they treat both landlords and tenants, and honestly, they’ve been exceptional in every respect. Liam, Aaron, and Celine are an absolute credit to the team. They are consistently professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful—nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Communication is always clear and prompt, and you genuinely feel looked after, whether you’re a landlord or a tenant. What stands out most is their honesty and integrity. A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

11th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our house in Buckhurst Hill. Alter and Cope helped immensely throughout the process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10
