Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.

Jess and Alex in particular have been there every step of the way for me. Listened when I’ve had a moan and given me support and advice when I needed it. Moving house is stressful so having them in my corner on my side has been amazing. Thank you!

Having previously been with another estate agent and being very disappointed with the service, we decided to appoint Atlas to handle our sale, and we are so glad we did!<br>From start to finish, the guidance, professionalism and communication were absolutely fantastic. A family run business with very strong family values and as soon as you are a customer, you really feel part of the family. A very high desire to serve, very responsive and very realistic in their approach across all aspects of selling your house.<br>I am now remote to Liverpool and I had a very high peace of mind with Acumen's handling all of the sales process - made even easier as they handled the sale of the house that belong to the buyer of my house.<br>Excellent service and great value for money!

She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!
