They always got back to me and provided clear and straightforward advice. I always felt I was in safe hands. In the end, the house sale went through in 9 weeks.

They did a fantastic job selling my flat in Ranelagh Mansions and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were professional, responsive and gave clear, sensible advice from the outset. Communication was excellent and I always felt completely up to date with viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale.<br><br>Most importantly, they worked hard to get the transaction over the line and made what can be a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Chris and Lauren. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Fulham.

27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Marsh and Parson’s has confirmed in writing they owed me a rent refund yet it has been 3 months of me constantly emailing and calling and eventually I’ve had to escalate it to their director, then to the director of marsh and parsons to try get my refund that they CONFIRMED IN WRITING I WAS OWED. Horrendous communication, they don’t reply for weeks and I have to repeatedly call and chase them through emails in order to try receive a reply, meanwhile they keep passing the responsibility onto other members of their team to avoid resolving this issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolute headache to deal with what should’ve been 1 email and a refund, yet they’ve dragged it on for 3 months. Unbelievable. If you’re thinking of renting from these lettings agents, save yourself the headache and choose another company.

She made regular contact both via phone and email and researched properties that matched our requirements. I would definitely recommend Stirling Ackroyd Estate Agents, they made the whole house hunting process manageable and enjoyable.

She was so patient and understanding, especially when it came to paperwork and the emotional side of moving. Over the years, she was always available, making the process so smooth. When I decided to move and finally leave, Kerry went above and beyond, helping me with the check-out process, ensuring all the documentation was perfect, and making sure my deposit was returned promptly. I’m truly grateful for all her support, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable agency
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

I have used them since 2016—initially for rental and later for the sale of my property—and every department has been outstanding.<br><br>When we first rented the property, Tony was brilliant—thoroughly professional and superb at finding us wonderful tenants.<br><br>Later, when moving to the sales department, that same high standard continued.Both the rental and sales teams have been consistently professional, friendly, and efficient. Their communication has been top-tier; they always kept me fully informed and handled key management, handovers, and complete confidentiality with absolute trustworthiness. Even during a challenging market, they were truly on it and delivered results.<br><br>A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Monika, along with Margaret and Robin in the Sales team, who were fantastic. Monika went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Since I wasn't based in London, her assistance and dedication has been invaluable. She was always highly professional, patient and polite, as well as prompt in replying to correspondence. While every single member of the team has been incredible, Monika has been truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend her and the agency highly enough.<br><br>At one point I briefly contracted another local agent whose service proved unreliable—I received endless reports of viewings that amounted to nothing, all talk and no action. In contrast, Doyles provided fewer but more realistic reports of viewings, that brought genuine interest, questions, and real offers. I quickly dropped the other agent and kept Doyles as a sole agent, and they got the job done.<br><br>Thank you Doyles!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

From the first time they came to visit the property, to their amazing advice on pricing and marketing, the organisation of the viewings and their selection of buyers, the experience has been fantastic. They managed to sell the property very quickly in the best condition possible. 24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.
