The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. This is a big move for my family and we’re looking forward to viewing properties with Ian and the team soon.

1st Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Stewart Oliver City Sales & Lettings is hands down the worst letting agency in Birmingham. They charged us the wrong amount and took payment immediately, despite the fact that no damage was caused at all — this happened on the first day. When challenged, they flat-out refused to admit their mistake or issue a refund. The staff in the office are rude, dismissive, and completely resistant. They have zero respect for customers and make no effort to listen or resolve issues. Every interaction feels like they are trying to intimidate rather than help. To make matters worse, they are letting commercial properties for residential use, which is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the legality of their operations. This agency is unprofessional, unethical, and careless. They cause unnecessary stress and clearly do not care about tenants at all. Avoid at all costs.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the market, with a lot of viewings but no serious interest, we placed our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and had a buyer within a matter of weeks. The property has now sold and completed and we could not be happier.
18th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We didn't didn't eventually move home for personal reasons but the help we had from these people was exceptional without ever being too intrusive. They were very understanding when we didn't complete sale. So if we ever do decide to move in the future we would definitely use Bairstow Eves.

Estimate, photos, on the market, viewings and then sold all within 5 days, you couldn’t ask for more! Throughout the whole process there was excellent communication, updates and they were only an email or call away. Thank you so much, we couldn’t recommend you enough! ??????

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google
11th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

1st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a property management company.<br><br>i’ve been chasing them since january to get a job done and they just don’t respond. i’ve emailed them, messaged them on whatsapp so many times, and most of the time i either get ignored or nothing actually gets done.<br><br>there’s a leak coming into my apartment from next door and because of it the wooden flooring has started lifting and coming apart. this has been going on for months and still nothing has been fixed.<br><br>when we moved in, the fridge drawers already had cracks in them. we reported it straight away but were told it wasn’t that serious. now the cracks have got much worse and it feels like they’re going to break completely at any time.<br><br>it’s really frustrating having to keep chasing people just to get basic maintenance sorted. there seems to be no sense of responsibility or urgency, and the customer service has honestly been awful.<br><br>i definitely wouldn’t recommend redstone property management based on my experience.
