30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the market, with a lot of viewings but no serious interest, we placed our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and had a buyer within a matter of weeks. The property has now sold and completed and we could not be happier.
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Luke and Tim are an absolute disgrace.<br>Do not rent a property from them. They will disappear and won’t answer calls and voicemails. They won’t complete any health and safety checks of the home, they won’t complete any of the repairs, you will pay you’re rent to Luke and he doesn’t pass it to the landlord, the list can go on. He is a scammer, thank god I have found out who is the owner of the property. Who is mortified of paying for repairs to be completed to find he took the money and did no repairs. Do not rent from them. A few weeks in and you won’t be able to get in touch with Luke.

Best of all they kept us updated as to progress of sale, sometimes more so than the lawyers. Preston and Sinead very approachable and professional, would not hesitate to recommend.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this agency.<br><br>I travelled all the way from London to view a property in Leek, at significant personal expense. Due to transport disruptions, I kept the agency updated throughout the day and, after a lot of pleading, they kindly agreed to a slightly later viewing, which I appreciated.<br><br>However, after viewing the property, I completed my application promptly. I then had to chase the agency multiple times for an update. Instead of keeping me informed, I eventually found out the property had already been let. This was extremely frustrating after the amount of time, effort and money I had invested.<br><br>I was then asked to provide my requirements for future properties, which I did immediately, but I received no further communication.<br><br>My biggest disappointment wasn’t losing the property it was the lack of communication. If applicants are expected to respond quickly, agencies should also keep applicants updated in a timely and professional manner.<br><br>I hope they improve their communication with future prospective tenants.

Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.

11th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

From the offset they have been helpful with photography and getting the right shots of the property, thank you Charlotte, Evie has been a delight to work with always keeping me up to speed with viewings and feedback, Amber has been most professional and has had a Teams meeting with us to discuss progress.
