15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

19th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)After my late mother's property in Harbury had been on the market with a large national estate agent chain with no success of sale, I was very grateful for Pina at Kleinmann Properties to market it for us. She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

Every question I had was answered quickly, and they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent commercial properties.

29th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We recently tried to rent a commercial property that SJ had. Ryan the representative had zero knowledge nor could answer any of our inquiries. Weeks later still no emails, month later we received an email that our offer was declined with no explanation as to why. Many attempts later to speak to anyone other then receptionists fell on death ears. Terrible run business all should avoid at all costs.

14th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before

His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was always approachable, kept us fully informed at every stage, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Matt genuinely cares about his clients and it really shows in the level of service he provides. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his advice and support were invaluable throughout. I couldn’t recommend Matt and Luv2Sell highly enough - a truly exceptional estate agents and ill never go anywhere else now.

25th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I had a completely unprofessional experience with John Shepherd Estate & Letting Agents regarding a rental property in the Gravelly Hill area. On June 23rd, I submitted a viewing request through Rightmove for a flat where I fully met all the pre-qualification criteria mentioned in their listing, including income, move-in date, and tenant profile. Since I received no response, I went in person to their office on June 24th. They confirmed that my request was in their system and told me I would be contacted later that day to arrange a viewing. That call never came. I followed up again by email on June 25th, which was also ignored. Meanwhile, I tried calling multiple times during working hours, but their phone line appears to be permanently down. It always plays a message saying no one is available, with no way to leave a voicemail. This is not only unprofessional, it makes them completely unreachable. To make matters worse, the listing was marked as "out of market" on June 25th without any notice or explanation. I was never informed if the property was let, withdrawn, or if I was being considered at all. No courtesy email, no update, nothing. I made every effort to follow their process, I showed genuine interest, I visited their office, followed up in writing and by phone, and I met all their listed requirements. In return, I received complete silence and zero transparency. This is not just poor service – it is a total lack of respect for applicants. If you are a prospective tenant, I strongly advise caution when dealing with this branch. My experience showed a complete breakdown in professionalism, communication, and basic standards of letting practice.

It has been a swift and straight forward process so far and Tom has been able to answer all our questions in a timely manner as well as link us with other useful contacts that has helped massively! 11th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
