15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

From the very beginning, Darren was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and everyone else I spoke to at Sunderlands was equally brilliant.<br><br>Our house sold after just three viewings, which we were absolutely delighted with! The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the communication, professionalism and support we received throughout.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Sunderlands team for helping us sell our home. We really couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house!

A great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Adam and the team. ?????
17th May 2025 (1 year ago)Shelley at Home4 was excellent. Within a few days of the board going up we had 22 viewings and was sold very quickly after They informed me by text the dates and times of each viewing. They even helped me with my technical issues.

29th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We recently tried to rent a commercial property that SJ had. Ryan the representative had zero knowledge nor could answer any of our inquiries. Weeks later still no emails, month later we received an email that our offer was declined with no explanation as to why. Many attempts later to speak to anyone other then receptionists fell on death ears. Terrible run business all should avoid at all costs.
14th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)I rented a flat in Bromsgrove for a couple of years. Overall, the landlord and maintenance team were helpful with most maintenance issues and were generally responsive when something needed fixing. However, there was an ongoing issue with black mould in the property. This was often attributed to tenant lifestyle, although there were ventilation concerns outside the property, including a vent that was partially covered by concrete which may have contributed to the problem. I also found that whenever I reported issues by email, the landlord would usually respond with a phone call rather than replying in writing. While communication did happen, it meant that concerns and discussions were not always formally logged Reason I moved out because I was having health issues so I would highly suggest looking into the property before

My situation with selling my house and buying the one from yourselfs was complex at times but with her understanding and support it went super smoothly Sharon is a a great ambassador for Hughes and Son's and I will be recommending her and your estate agents to any family or friends wanting to sell or rent a property. 10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Tom molloy is very professional and hardworking Estate Agent . From first meeting when he came to value our property right through to the very end of completion. We initially had other Agents booked to come and value our property , but after Tom molloy came we cancelled the others he knew his stuff and we were very impressed with how dedicated to his business he is.<br>From the time we agreed for Tom to market our property to it being advertised and first viewing booked was 24hrs. Sold within 9 days after numerous other offers. We have had a few issues from our buyers solicitors etc but Tom got straight on it and sorted out the issues and reported straight back to us.<br>Tom is transparent. Professional and very good at what he does.<br>Highly recommended
