The professionalism, the care and the attention to detail from the whole team made ir so that, getting on the property ladder, was an easier process than the one we anticipated. Everyone I've spoken to who has dealt with them has had the worst experiences they've ever had renting. Imagine an estate agent actively trying to undermine and overcharge you at every corner while talking down to you and deliberately flouting the meagre renters rights we have in this country. Lottie and Valerija in particular offer some deeply, concerningly poor "customer service".

Compared to our previous experience, the team here managed every detail smoothly and efficiently, keeping me informed at every stage. Throughout the process, Victoria Sotnick's help was invaluable as she went out of her way to constantly badger solicitors, buyers, estate agents and sellers (including us) to keep the whole process moving along. Her communication was exceptionally impressive as she responded to all emails/phone calls, nearly always by return, having first obtained all the information required. She is the perfect person to have on your side and I cannot recommend her more highly.

Both Sukh Uppal and David Baah are very professional and are quick to respond to my queries and requests. They led the process with minimal involvement required from myself but kept me informed throughout. When it came to decisions, they provided their honest opinions and suggested options according to my circumstance. They are easy to work with and I would recommend them. ***** Update ***** I’ve been with this team for a couple of years now and I’m really happy with their service. Everyone is easy to deal with and always ready to help. I’d especially like to thank Lauryn Peacock for her support with a recent maintenance issue. She spotted the problem early, found the right contractors, coordinated everything smoothly with the tenants, and made sure the repairs were properly completed. She was a pleasure to work with throughout and really stayed on top of things.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

In particular their sales progression team (we dealt with Lisa mainly) were excellent - kept us up to date and handled everything professionally and personably. Would highly recommend.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve just brought a property with Neighbour! The team are fantastic particularly Jamie and Niven. I had an awful experience with another local estate agent and was cautious about buying in general. However, I saw this property with Neighbour - liked it from the first visit - and it was a simple process from there. Jamie was attentive, checked in and answered any questions I had through the whole process. They are different from the others, they genuinely care about the people involved and this definitely sets them head and shoulders above the rest. Thank You!!!
