From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I went to Elissia for help with selling a tricky property. I had in mind what I wanted to do. She advised me otherwise and was absolutely spot on with her advice. We sold at auction, the property went as expected, and the process was made very easy. Jonny, Abi and Hannah were fabulous. I am immensely grateful for their assistance in what was a difficult situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elissia and team.
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)There seemed to be just Wednesdays and Saturdays for viewings. The agent did have a key so access wasn’t an issue. There also seemed to be some viewings done 10 days plus in advance. One or two I could have understood if someone was relocating but then cancellations would come in. There wasn’t any social media presence regarding my property dispute me being told there would be either. In today’s society I feel social media can be key in advertising

All the team I dealt with through the process were super helpful and responsive. In particular Paige who was really helpful, and was always there to help and kept us up to date the progress of our purchase. It made the process of buying much less stressful. Would certainly recommend them if you’re looking to buy.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Recently sold my home with these guys and honestly couldn't have been happier with the service given to me by Kia McGrath. She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

20th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

She kept on top of everything from start to finish, always kept us updated with excellent communication, and explained every step clearly so we always knew what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication and support made a huge difference throughout the process.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone buying or selling a home. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

Their knowledge and professionalism have helped me more than I can say. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but their opening hours are longer than anyone else’s allowing people to ring in the evening. My sale had some challenges and these were met by Emma Mitchell in an outstanding way. Having her to help me made a huge, huge difference and I can’t thank her enough. So, to Ben, Victoria, Lauren and Richard and all the team I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for the patience you showed me. I look forward to selling properties with you in the future.

My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. I am highly satisfied with the property I eventually chose with Belvoir. Everything about their business proposition has been clear; along with being friendly, helpful and professional. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
