Connells Newport Pagnell has restored my faith in Estate Agents. We can't thank the team enough for everything they did to help us secure our new home. After having to pull out of a previous purchase with a different estate agent in town, we were worried about losing our buyers and thought our move might fall through.<br><br>From the moment we found our new home with Connells, they were proactive, professional, and kept everyone moving throughout the process. Thanks to their hard work and excellent communication, we managed to complete in just four weeks, which meant we were able to keep our buyers and stay on track with our move.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Jason & Hannah always on hand to answer questions and keep us updated.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Luke, the Branch Manager, who went above and beyond during the final week. Even though he was on annual leave, he still kept on top of everything, making calls, chasing updates, and ensuring the sale stayed on track. That level of dedication and commitment is rare to find, and without his efforts, I don't think we would have met our deadline.<br><br>We honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for helping us get into our new home!

I cannot recommend Adam at Connells highly enough. From the very beginning, he was absolutely exceptional and made the whole process feel so much easier than it could have been.<br>Adam was incredibly professional, approachable and proactive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, was always available when I had questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br>There were certainly challenges along the way as everyone goes through during selling / buying properties, but Adam handled every situation calmly and professionally. He went above and beyond to keep things moving, liaise with everyone involved and help overcome any issues that arose. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. What really stood out for me was how much Adam genuinely cared about the process and the people involved. He didn’t simply do his job but he took ownership, kept pushing things forward and was incredibly supportive right through to exchange. His professionalism, dedication, communication and client service were exceptional. Didn’t show up to viewing, despite me and my partner being 10 mins early saw the sellers leaving the property for the viewing, Waited 30mins no one arrived. No phone call to let me know they couldn’t make it. Not good enough.
