They told whatever totally wrong and misleading and coustmor come to door and told they not answering phone I tried myself to make sure they was truth even after lengthy time decided to remove this astate egent email different departments no one replied then go to office and make sure take a latte to remove our property from sake totally waist the time

This lady as been professional from start to finish, gone above and beyond.
Not only as she helped us do paper work from solicitors/ conveyor for our property ,but also the new place we are moving too.shes a ??????.

Good from the start and kept me up to date with viewings. They couldn’t always get feedback from the viewings as the public can be fickle but were pretty quick when they could.

We have successfully sold our house through Connells and are very pleased with the support given particularly by Jenny and David. From the outset we had a great deal of confidence in Jenny with her wealth of experience. She gave us excellent advice and was always available to explain the situation and ways forward. Jenny came out to the care home when it was needed which was much appreciated. She was always thoughtful, supportive and kind.
David also worked very hard to ensure the sale went through as soon as possible and kept us updated right through until completion. We are grateful to Connells for achieving a great result for us. Top marks ??????

I used Rory from Connells as my mortgage broker. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and definitely knows his onions. Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

I highly recommend Connells Estate Agents. Special recognition goes to Poppy, the mortgage advisor, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Poppy has took the time to clearly explain everything and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless.
