Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

A big thankyou to Richard for all his help, advice, knowledge and understanding during our Bungalow purchase through Connells of Weymouth.
Unfortunately, we had to withdraw from the purchase due to unforeseen circumstances.
Richard is a credit to Connells and when we return to the housing market in the future, we will be heading straight for Connells and hopefully Richard.

We just got our key today and finally moving in!
I am very happy with the house we got to rent. The house is beautiful and spacious and we are very excited to move in. I would like to say thank you to Gina who always answer our call and assisted us since the beginning. They gave us a little gift as well that makes things more special. We are truly grateful for Connells for helping us to find our home.

We are ever so thankful for the help of Mariana Vaz from Connells. She has been with us every step of getting our property from application of our mortgage up to sorting out our insurance and much more.
We are proud to say that we are officially home owners and the best part was the process was really smooth and I believe that was due to Mariana's assistance and support. We are still contacting her now if we have questions and she always responds in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who would be in the process of getting a property.
