Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

We've gone through Connells to rent out our property in Haywards Heath and have been very happy with them. I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it.
Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.

My experience with Connells was that the launching of my house was excellent. Unfortunately in the three months I was with.them I did not get any viewing.
However they were very gracious when I requested to end our agreement

Disappointed with the service I received. Encouraged to drop the asking price rather soon after signing, I felt the target customer of my property was poor and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the property as such. Wouldn’t use again - lots of promises and no follow through.
