I recently bought a property via the Clapton Stirling Ackroyd branch. As a first time buyer I found the process pretty daunting, but the team were always easy to contact, supportive and professional. It was a pleasure interacting with Aimee, Victoria, Marty and Sophie and I could not recommend them highly enough.
My experience was greatly improved by working with a team who were switched on and capable, but also kind and friendly. Definitely a much better experience than I have had with other estate agents! Thank you for all of your help

I had a really excellent experience with Ashleigh from Stirling Ackroyd nine elms while searching for an apartment.
I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays.
Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
