I had an excellent experience with Stirling Ackroyd Chiswick, and I would particularly like to thank Harry for his outstanding support throughout the entire process.<br>From the very beginning, Harry was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up. Even after the tenancy was completed, he remained approachable and helpful, which reflects a genuinely high standard of customer service.<br>My sincere thanks to Harry and the Stirling Ackroyd Chiswick team for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent service. Based on my experience, I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in the area.

Ruby was incredibly helpful when I was relocating from Malaysia to Guildford for a new job. I was struggling to find accommodation before my start date, and she was responsive, patient and quick to follow up even with the time difference. She made what felt like a stressful process much easier. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for accommodation, especially if you’re moving from overseas!

Having purchased a property through the agency, we now use their rental management service. They sourced tenants and continue to manage the property efficiently. The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. Great experience with the Hackney branch. The team were a pleasure to deal with, always helpful and easy to get in contact with. Had come across a lot of estate agents in recent home search and Aimee Charles & Michaela Coles at Stirling stand out as agents who genuinely wanted to help. Great energy, clear communication and honestly just made the experience of buying a property much less stressful!

All the staff at this branch are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Carly and Philip who have personally gone out of their way to address and help with any queries, however big or small that we may of had. They have helped us in managing our tenants and also the upkeep of a new build development of 8 Flats. I can't recommend them highly enough!!<br>Thanks Guys.
