Shannon has been amazing, if your a first time buyer looking for mortgage would highly recommend. My partner is self-employed and made it such an easy process for us, which we thought would be a battle. She will be upfront and honest being so down to earth which is hard to come by making us feel confident. Not only has she been patient with us, but has explained so much in depth for us to understand absolutely everything that we had no knowledge about. Has gone above and beyond with calls and emails and pushing for mortgage to suit us and our budget, even help finding us house to move to. I'm so grateful that had such a relaxed journey and couldn't be more grateful to Shannon for this experience and massive thank you for all your help. Get booked in with her!

My partner and I used their mortgage advisor service and Shannon could not have been more helpful. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process involved and what we needed to do to begin looking for our first home. Shannon explained everything about the process and quickly obtained a mortgage agreement in principle for us so that we could begin searching for a house.
Once we had an offer accepted, Shannon's expertise was well evidenced as she continuously checked for what the best mortgage was (even on the day of the application!) so that we got the best mortgage offer for our situation. Thank you, Shannon. We can't recommend you enough! ??

I attended 2 property viewings with Martin. Martin was excellent throughout our experience. He was not pushy at all and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. He showed genuine interest in our questions and was always happy to answer everything clearly and patiently. He allowed us to take our time, even on a second viewing of the same property. Personable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. A great estate agent who strikes the right balance between professionalism and approachability. I would recommend asking for Martin to show you round houses if you're looking, he's fab!

Amazing experience with WHB through Kelcie Winterburn. She sorted us quick and for that we are forever grateful. She went above and beyond to sort us our new place in 5 days time. She dealt professionally and proactively. Again, great service and experience nonetheless.

I initially had George the branch manager come value my home and found him such a lovely man and he put me at ease about how the whole process will go , Having put my trust in them they sold my house within days and Adam became my agent and looked after the sale of my home and he did a fantastic job Adam rang me every week without fail and kept me upto date with every single update and anything i wasn't sure about he was just a phone call away , I highly recommend the branch and couldn't praise the team enough .
