Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos.
We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner.
We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.

Five stars for Helen at your move Carlisle! She has been amazing from start to finish. The process was incredibly speedy, which was exactly what we needed as I am heavily pregnant and wanted to be settled before the baby arrives. Helen was always one step ahead and so helpful with all our questions, she took the stress out of it completely and kept the momentum going!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend ??

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

one star is one star too many! Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!

In this ever uncertain market it can be difficult and daunting to sell a property, especially when your circumstances dictate the sale more than your intentions to sell. However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I recently used Your Move Brighton to let my apartment in Kemptown having had worked with another member of the Your Move network in Northampton for over 20 years.
