Fantastic from start to finish. House sold within a week and their recommendations of other services were also excellent from solicitors to damp surveyors. I would definitely recommend this branch, the team, particularly Sarah and Harry were extremely helpful and kept me regularly updated with the progress of the move and solicitors.

I couldn't recommend them enough. Really helpful throughout the entire process, easy to get in touch with someone to to ask about anything. Very quick with email replies but also keeping me updated on the process of the sale. My contact Helen was always friendly and professional, as was all the team. Service was a 10/10 and I would definitely go to them again.

Your-Move Durham have been quite outstanding throughout. Right from the very courteous and professional first contact, through to the final stages, I could not fault them in the slightest. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice. Given all the work they did, I regard their fee as very reasonable. Going with them as my agent was the best decision I could possibly have made.

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

Highly recommend!!!
I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing.
I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion.
My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at
what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise.
Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
