Your Move, Belper, were exceptionally helpful and professional in every aspect of the sale, from the initial valuation through to the final sale. We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos.
We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner.
We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.

Five stars for Helen at your move Carlisle! She has been amazing from start to finish. The process was incredibly speedy, which was exactly what we needed as I am heavily pregnant and wanted to be settled before the baby arrives. Helen was always one step ahead and so helpful with all our questions, she took the stress out of it completely and kept the momentum going!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend ??

Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

Before contacting Your Move I had great trouble with finding an honest & reliable branch manager. Upon finding this place I was so relived to speak with Elina. She was honest, trustworthy and I didn't feel like she was pushing me into a sale I wasn't ready for. She helped me find my dream home and I couldn't be more great full for her assistance in the experience. 100% recommend this branch and ask for Elina

On the letting side I never use again, unprofessional and constantly make mistakes…. The selling side is good, communication not often the best in certain areas but the sales team do their best

What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them!
In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments.

I decided to move to probate properties from your move after 9 months of waiting from another high street estate agent.
Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly.
James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate .
They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent
