We were really impressed with Your Move - particularly Lauren and Katy who were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. They were responsive, knowledgeable and helped to get the transaction across the line, which had some tight timeframes and complex legal points to meet and address. Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

The property generated plenty of interest and ultimately achieved a sale price above the asking price, which was a fantastic result.<br><br>A special thank you to Jess for making the onboarding process straightforward and stress-free, as well as providing an accurate valuation from the outset. I’d also like to thank Lynn for her support and assistance throughout the sale.<br><br>However, my biggest thanks go to Catherine, who truly went above and beyond during what became a lengthy legal process. Unfortunately, the solicitors caused significant delays and dragged the transaction on for several months, but Catherine was relentless in chasing all parties involved and keeping the process moving forward. Her hard work, persistence, and constant communication with me made a huge difference and were instrumental in finally getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire journey and was always kept informed of progress.
