Had a very good experience with YourMove Plymouth. Connor was a pleasure to deal with and even managed to get us a last-minute viewing for a property as we were only visiting Plymouth for the day from Bristol. Would definitely recommend this branch if you're looking for property in the local area.

Richard, Sophie & Jane were absolutely amazing during the sale of our house. They were patient with us and always clear with communication. Whenever we rang, they answered the phone straight away, there was always someone to talk to and they always tried to be as helpful as possible. Would 100% recommend them to sell your house!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at YourMove Oswestry, and of Rebekah Druce in particular. Firstly, Rebekah showed great initiative and local market knowledge by identifying a house which wasn't even on the market at the time as a potential suitable destination for the sellers of the property into which we were keen to move. This worked perfectly for everyone, and enabled the chain to be built. The chain was long and quite complex, but Rebekah's strong communication skills and navigation of the various challenges, including progressing other issues occurring in the chain beyond the property into which we were moving, was first class, and enabled successful completion on time for 5 sets of buyers/sellers. Fantastic service, and thank you Rebekah!

Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

Our experience with Your Move Shaw has been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>It all started with Reece, the Manager, who came out to value our house. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>Jess then looked after the sale of Lyon Street and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Tia then looked after the purchase of Sumner Street and has been fantastic, particularly with all the chasing and back and forth towards the end. She kept us updated and did everything she could to keep things moving, even when I'm sure she was fed up of hearing from us!<br><br>Nathan also deserves a mention, as he was always happy to step in and help whenever Jess or Tia were busy. It really does feel like a team where everyone is willing to help.<br><br>And finally, they all deserve an extra star just for managing to stay so cheerful while listening to that constant beeping in there office all day ?????? Honestly, they deserve an award for putting up with that alone — absolute troopers!<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece, Jess, Tia and Nathan. You've all made what can be a very stressful process so much easier, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Shaw.

Used your move in Radcliffe to sell my property, from the very start of the process the team were very professional and accommodating. Myles and Guy dealt with my sale which unfortunately became very long winded but they were lovely and always kept me in the loop never failing to return my call if they were out of office.
