2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Winkworth Westbourne was our real estate agent and was great from the start. As a newly moved family to the UK from Sri Lanka they took time to explain all procedures and had a hassle free move in. I should mention our property manager Nino Ninikuri who was excellent. She was amazing with all advice and always was quick to respond to all queries we had despite how busy she was and with regards to all maintenance issues. She did make it feel like it was our own home. If choosing Winkworth Westbourne make sure you request for Nino as your property manager and you will not regret it.

Christian worked tirelessly to secure a sale for us and kept us updated throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and if Christian wasn't available then Andrea and Alex were excellent too and made time to assist and help with anything needed. The marketing was very good, the feedback after viewings was detailed and prompt. I would highly recommend Clarkes to anybody thinking of selling!

31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I have been dealing with Louis for a few months now, and whilst I eventually found my flat elsewhere it is a shame as this guy was so well mannered, so professional and really worked hard that is a shame to have him lose the sale, but as a person a great guy and has been a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend him.

Austin and Wyatt came with the ability of having super powers and ensured I was all sorted and good to go just in time for my scheduled move in date! GRATEFUL FOR SUCH AN AMAZING AGENCY!

I would also especially like to acknowledge and make aware that 'Leah' carried herself excellent and was so professional and honest and very patient at all times. The entire team are suburb!

I contacted them to sell my house but felt I left with new friends. We had our property on the market for months with a high street agent and switched to Simon & Co. as we were feeling low priority and the difference was incredible, within a short period of time we had viewings and offers on our property at a time the housing market was stagnant. Sol was so kind and professional from the beginning when we marketed and kept us updated throughout the selling process ensuring good communication channels between ourselves and our buyer. They seemed to genuinely care how everything was going and were so personable making what could have been stressful seem easy. We would definitely use Simon & Co again and highly recommend them. Thank you!

The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout my tenancy. Communication was clear and consistent, and any issues that came up were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>I felt well looked after as a tenant and really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. Very happy with the team and would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, the whole Link Homes team were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent at every stage, particularly during the viewings and sales progression. We were always kept informed, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask, which made what can be a very stressful process feel smooth and well managed. A special mention must go to Hettie and Jack, who were both outstanding during our house sale. Their dedication, responsiveness, and knowledge really stood out and made a huge difference. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
