3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through. I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM. JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor. I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably. I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.

From the first meeting before instruction, they were incredibly helpful and professional and we now have our dream home thanks to all their hard work. In particular, Jak Wheeler has been instrumental in making sure the process has been as smooth as possible and has sorted out any potential hold ups in a calm and proactive way. Jak has gone above and beyond in helping us sell our home and we will be forever thankful to him for negotiating and securing our now forever home. We would truly recommend Sinclair Hammelton to any family and friends who are thinking about buying and selling in Bromley.

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.
