12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We were recommended McConnells through a family member, and from the very first phone call, it honestly felt like a huge weight had been lifted from our shoulders.<br><br>From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional, and kept us informed at every single stage of the process. They took the time to understand our requirements and made sure they found a tenant who was not only suitable for our flat, but someone we could feel confident was the right fit.<br><br>Everything was handled so efficiently and quickly, including all of the paperwork and necessary certificates. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in safe hands.<br><br>I have to give a very special mention to Lisa, who I will be forever grateful to. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She helped arrange a decorator to get the flat ready, organised a gas engineer for the necessary certificates and arranged the electrical certification too. She took care of so many things that could otherwise have been incredibly stressful for us, and she did it all with such care and professionalism.<br><br>The thing that stood out most was how personally they treated us. We never felt like just another landlord or another property on their books. They looked after us as though we were family, and that level of care and attention is something we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly well organised, streamlined and reassuring. We now have complete peace of mind knowing that our flat is in the right place, with the right people and, most importantly, with tenants we feel confident about.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service from McConnells and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a letting agent. We are very much looking forward to continuing our relationship with them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team, and especially Lisa, for everything you’ve done for us. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

She was respectful of our situation and accompanied us to view the vacant property to suit our requirements. She kept us advised throughout the transaction and to a successful conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending her and the services of this Agency.

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

From the very beginning, she has been incredibly attentive, helpful and genuinely wonderful to deal with.<br><br>Shannon has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process. She has always been responsive, reassuring and happy to help, making everything feel so much easier and more straightforward. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to detail have been exceptional.<br><br>I have felt completely looked after every step of the way, and I cannot thank Shannon enough for all her hard work and support.<br><br>She is a real credit to Wards Eynsford, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.
