We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

Tom and Nick were great right from the start when the house went on the market, and then when the house was sold, Janice and Erica helped to make the process as smooth as possible. We all know that selling/buying a property is very stressful but when you are being guided by true professionals, it definitely makes it easier. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.

2nd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)After being on the market for a while with a different agent and having that sale fall through, I was so impressed by the service of Judy Day in the Sales Progression Team, for the property I was purchasing that I moved my sale to Wards, after which point I found the team in Eynsford Branch to be wonderful. Shannon, Luisa and Carl genuinely pulled out all the stops to find us another buyer within a couple of weeks. Aside from the professional side, I found them to be genuinely nice people to deal with (in contrast to the usual 'salesy' demeanor of other agents I have dealt with in the past). Once again, Judy Day was meticulous and diligent in progressing our sale and took all the stress out of things. This move represented the third time I've purchased a property and the second time I've sold one and I can honestly say Wards are the best agent I've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

He has literally bent over backwards helping my old aunt and uncles sale go through as smoothly as possible. Paul has always been at the end of the phone,kept us all updated through every step of the way and even taken time to go and help my elderly uncle fill out forms as we were so far away at the time. He even messaged me tonight(the day of the move) to see how they both were,I cannot thank him enough for everything. We would 100% recommend them-absolutely outstanding!!!!??

27th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We’ve just completed on our dream house as a family and something we never thought was possible- Then here comes John and Paul who have worked tirelessly throughout the whole process- up front with information around what’s going on with the estate, always answered every single question we’ve had they’ve answered even down to needing measurements for rooms so we could look at furniture. They scheduled viewings anytime we’ve asked which has really helped through the process. After this experience if we are to ever sell this house and buy a property they would be my first call every day of the week. Thank you both so much for your help
