They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. 29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)My partner and I couldn’t recommend Paul, Samira and Sine at Samuel Estates more highly. We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected. Although there were some delays to completion, Ismail never once failed to communicate clearly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout.
