From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.

29th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had. I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.

Laura and Sophie are always quick to respond, well organised, and efficient when resolving any issues with the flat. They’re also super helpful, which makes the whole process so much easier. I really wish all estate agents were like this.

I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.

They were instrumental in getting things over the line, and I truly cannot thank them enough. 20th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

Everyone was so kind and friendly and really helped us along with the process as first time buyers. We completed on the house within two months and couldn’t be happier, thank you for the diligence and attention to detail from the Banc Team!

Writing this sitting on my sofa in my new house; I don't think I could have done it without the Martyn Gerrard staff behind me; Dinesh, Afina and Zac all have been amazing; professional, compassionate, extremely patient and most importantly empathetic.
