18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Bought a property through Alex Crown in 2024. In 2025 they list our property for sale without our consent with old pictures and for a lower price. Contacted them to remove the listing and received no response. Very unprofessional.
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Their support made the whole buying process much easier. Highly recommended.

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had my portfolio with property Inc for some time now and some of my tenancy’s have recently come up for renewal, I think it’s only fair to lay praise with the people who truely make letting properties a hassle free experience. Athena at property Inc especially stands out, she is prospective, clear and concise knows what she’s doing and has demonstrated a clear ability to charge of stressful situations while being able to deliver reassurance to us as vendors.<br><br>Whenever an issue has arisen, repair and maintenance or be it chasing documents or whatever it may be, Athena is quick to act and has always made us feel like a priority even with her work load, charming and a true credit to property inc, she is the only person I wish to use for any further acquisitions in the future. 10/10 stars.

I was always provided with timely feedback and clear answers to my questions.<br>As a first-time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming, but the team was reassuring, helpful, and always available to provide guidance whenever needed. Their support made a significant difference and helped make the journey much smoother.<br>In the end, it all concluded successfully, and I am truly grateful for their assistance. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)LOOK NO FURTHER!!!<br><br>I contacted Cole Harding for a valuation on a house in Edmonton for probate purposes. Syede was amazing from the first point of contact, his replies were fast and he was even able to come to value the house as quick as the next day.<br><br>He was very informative, easy to speak to and clearly showed his experience and knowledge in the field through his professionlism and the manner in which he helped myself and my family.<br><br>I highly RECOMMEND this company. The valuation was sent to us with so much content and it was clear that alot of time was spent doing research which would help us in the long run.<br><br>Thanks again Cole Harding (Syede)
