9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Anthony Webb is a great estate agent to deal with. They have been unbelievably helpful with selling our home and we have also bought a property through them. The whole team is helpful and friendly and Martin McKelvey in particular has been a great asset to us.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dhiya Ramnand for going above and beyond to help resolve an unexpected issue we recently faced.

My wife and I were tenants of a property managed by Peter Barry over five years ago. Recently, my wife purchased a unique designer handbag online, only to discover that her account still had our old address stored. As a result, the package was delivered to our former property.

I contacted Peter Barry in the hope that someone might be able to assist, and thankfully Dhiya immediately understood the situation. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to contact the current tenants and facilitate arrangements for me to collect the handbag safely and conveniently.

This was a particularly important purchase, as it was a rare, one-of-a-kind item that would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, to replace. Dhiya's willingness to help, combined with her proactive and compassionate approach, turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience.

We are genuinely grateful for the support we received. Dhiya demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness throughout, despite the fact that we had not been tenants for many years.

Thank you, Dhiya, for ensuring we were taken care of so promptly and for going the extra mile to help us recover such a special item.

An excellent example of customer service at its very best.

?????

She made the experience much smoother and helped me find a place I’m genuinely happy to call home.

I would also like to thank Vanessa, who was incredibly helpful, as well as Ahsanul, if I have the name correct, for their assistance and support. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and helpful, which made a real difference during what can sometimes be a stressful process.

I truly appreciate all their efforts and would happily recommend their team to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you for helping me find such a lovely flat and making the whole experience a positive one! ??

29th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Lanes Estate Agent in Enfield Town, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care.
