From the start, they kept us well informed, communicated every step of the way, and provided prompt feedback after every viewing, which made us feel reassured throughout the process. They also worked tirelessly to keep the entire chain moving, regularly updating us and following up with everyone involved. Selling our home came with its fair share of challenges, but thanks to the team's determination, professionalism, and support, we got there in the end. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

Mine was a complex situation with the move but I had so much support from Matthew.<br>He worked so hard to ensure the sale of my house and purchase of my flat went as smoothly as possible.<br>He was really easy to reach and I was kept up to date throughout.<br>I would strongly recommend them, especially as my house sold straight away, and for the asking price!<br>I honestly can’t thank them enough.

She listened to all of our needs and requests and did everything to make sure they were met. She was always available, even when she wasn’t on the clock, which was so reassuring as it was our first time renting with Foxtons. His explanation of the service and the people at Thomas James Estate Agents was open, honest, and reassuring, which is what ultimately led us to choose them over other agents in the area. The sales process took four and a half months from engagement to completion, and throughout that time we were kept fully informed via a WhatsApp group set up specifically for our property. This made communication incredibly easy, allowing us to ask and answer questions quickly, and ensured the team remained proactive in driving the sale through to completion. We were extremely happy with the seamless process and the genuine care and attention shown by the team—Tom, James, Claire, and Elliot (with special mention to Elliot) at Thomas James Estate Agents. We cannot recommend them highly enough; you would be foolish not to consider them.
