From the beginning, Ewa was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Ewa was particularly attentive when it came to understanding my requirements and ensuring that the property matched my needs. She communicated clearly at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed. Ewa was equally impressive, providing consistent support and making sure that all the administrative details were handled efficiently. She was approachable, quick to respond to any questions, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was in order. 30th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)**Update: I have since submitted a formal complaint via Foxtons' website and contacted Head Office by email, but have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. I have also emailed the North Finchley branch directly and attempted to contact a manager, but have received no response. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application. We were seriously interested in a property and ready to proceed, but the process was handled in an extremely unprofessional way. There were constant delays in sending the tenancy agreement, poor communication throughout, and long periods with no replies despite repeated follow-ups. When the agreement finally arrived, we reviewed it promptly and raised reasonable questions. Instead of receiving clear updates or timely support, we were left waiting with no proper response. We were then suddenly told that the property had been taken by another agent. As a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, we lost a property we genuinely wanted. Very frustrating experience and far below the standard expected from a major agency.

13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. Initially, the property was advertised for £2000, but after I agreed, the rent was suddenly increased to £2100. I was also asked to pay multiple deposits and advance rent, which I did in full. When I received the keys and moved in, the house was not ready at all. There were multiple issues—no proper electricity setup, no gas card, broken fittings, and unfinished repairs. Even though I was promised everything would be fixed, it took over a month after moving in to complete basic work. Later, serious issues like no heating and no hot water continued for months. Despite repeated complaints, the landlord failed to take responsibility and even asked me to arrange repairs myself, which is unacceptable when full rent is being paid. I gave proper notice and paid all rent up to my move-out date. However, now the landlord is refusing to return my deposit and is still making unreasonable demands. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service, poor maintenance, and no accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
