14th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)I wanted to share my review reflecting the exceptional service I received throughout my house rental journey.<br>I began my search for an agent who could provide a service that truly matched my home — a new?build, fabulous and unique property with no real comparable match in the area. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. 23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.- 21st Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Very helpful and not at all pushy. 17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We’ve been super impressed with Mi Homes and how they have helped us with our search - strong local market knowledge, highly professional, quick and clear communication with balanced and realistic assessment on opportunities, and very well polished / detailed presentation on homes that they are selling. In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!
19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)This is the first house we've sold in nearly 30 years and due to concerns about the widely reported malpractices of national chains, we were determined to use a small independent estate agent. Of those whom we invited to view our property, Spencer was the most impressive. Bullish but realistic and very positive.<br>Throughout the whole process, the whole firm was very efficient, comms were excellent and timely and all calls were taken immediately or returned very quickly.<br>During a mildly challenging period with our buyer it was crystal clear Spencer was representing the sellers (us) as his only priority.<br>The right advice was given at the right time, every time, and it was very much appreciated.<br>I recommend Spencer and Sener very highly to anyone considering selling their property in the Barnet area.

She has always kept me updated with new properties and consistently made me feel that someone was genuinely thinking about me and my baby throughout this journey. Her support, dedication, and compassion have meant so much to me, and I cannot express how grateful I am. Sedan is a true star and an incredible asset to Cottage Fields. Because of the outstanding service she has provided, I will not hesitate to return to Cottage Fields in the future and would highly recommend them to others. 9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Hugh you are very approachable and have looked at our situation and our needs. You have stuck to the plan and our Viewings have been top class in comparison to a competitor! Your team Max, Ben And Oliver who have taken time out of their schedules to get to know our home! And wow we are so impressed at the passion and commitment they have in the one thing they need to …. Sell our home! Feedback is on time and without fail. They are suited and booted which tells us that our home is in good hands! If you don’t enrol your home to DFW you are doing an injustice to your home! Keep going team we will sell it!
