16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Riley from Kings Group Enfield was the best estate agent we’ve met during our 8 month journey of trying to purchase our first home.<br><br>We’d gotten close to purchasing a couple of times over that period so met many agents along the way. And I can’t stress this enough, Riley and Kings Group Enfield were leagues above the rest.<br><br>It can be really exhausting when you are on your 40th viewing and have to put up with patronising sales energy and often vague answers to your queries but from our first viewing through to completion Riley was patient, incredibly informative about the property/area and went the extra mile at every opportunity.<br><br>Thanks for everything! Would 100% recommend.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

Was easily accessible, always got back to me quick and always worked to answer any questions I had. I would recommend MA to anyone looking to use an estate agent in the area.

In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)This is the first house we've sold in nearly 30 years and due to concerns about the widely reported malpractices of national chains, we were determined to use a small independent estate agent. Of those whom we invited to view our property, Spencer was the most impressive. Bullish but realistic and very positive.<br>Throughout the whole process, the whole firm was very efficient, comms were excellent and timely and all calls were taken immediately or returned very quickly.<br>During a mildly challenging period with our buyer it was crystal clear Spencer was representing the sellers (us) as his only priority.<br>The right advice was given at the right time, every time, and it was very much appreciated.<br>I recommend Spencer and Sener very highly to anyone considering selling their property in the Barnet area.
