He made what can be a very complex and stressful process feel much smoother and clearer. What really stood out was his dedication and reliability. Prior to the sale the house had been let by the letting line who were also always very professional. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting to sell or rent their property.

I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let. This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

I would definitely recommend their services when looking for a property. Kyri was communicating throughout the whole process and got referencing done within 2 days which I found very quickly compared to other agents I have used. Extremely happy

From the very first enquiry to moving in, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The communications were friendly, responsive, and Bambos was always happy to answer my questions. I was kept well informed at every stage, and made what can often be a daunting process feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated the transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent – great service

However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.

Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Although market conditions were challenging, David always provided straight-forward and honest advice and achieved a good result in the end. I am currently living abroad and he was always very flexible to speak outside normal office hours to accommodate timezone issues. I would recommend Duncan Perry whatever your property requirements are!

Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!
