I live 120 miles away and dealing with needs and expectations of the various tenants were at times, quite demanding. Marianne seemed to take all of this in her stride and we've had a good working relationship.<br>I would have carried on but advancing age and recent changes in legislation have persuaded me to sell the property. I have no hesitation in recommending both Mortemore Mackey and Marianne.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
