18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)From the word "go" Rachel was always available for any any questions. The viewings went without any problems and booking the viewings was straight forward and easy. At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. I would highly recommend this Estate agent to anyone considering selling their home. 5 star plus, well done and thank you.

22nd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very good experience so far- 12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was the first time I have used Paul Wallace Hoddesdon, I was selling a property & the guys were entrusted to show prospective buyers around, I was informed on all viewings & feedback throughout which made the process, for me, really easy, Peter & Joe were first port of call & both very calming influences when events happened further down the chain, communication is first class & I won’t hesitate to use their services again

Ali was extremely helpful throughout and really went above and beyond to make everything straightforward. He was always responsive to my requests, quick to provide updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His knowledge of the area was first class, and he secured buyers for us very quickly, during a period of very low activity for house sales. Always contactable by phone or text, even called us from his holiday location a few times- and never a delay returning an enquiry. Would highly recommend.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

15th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)We had a long drawn out buying experience with a property that wasn't straight forward. It took 6 months to complete. I liked Yesmine straight away. She showed us around and was off to the Tottenham cup winners parade which I thought was very character defining. Daniel in the office may disagree? Yesmine was open, communicative and present throughout the process. She is very patient, straight forward and experienced. It was also pleasant meeting Nyree who handed me the keys just before Xmas. I think this office has a good team in place.

Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!

The rest of the team was a delight too Joe and Ted where very approachable and friendly. I even popped in for a coffee and a chat from time to time! Overall our move went swimmingly and I can’t thank the team enough!! ????????????
