The service provided by Lisa, Joanne & Tanya has been dealt with in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. I can’t praise the staff enough as they exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very reliable service and always returned our telephone calls and replies to my emails in a timely manner.<br>Selling my home was made easy by these ladies and they took away my stress. They only introduce serious buyers and not time wasters.<br>We would definitely use Douglas & Allen for any future house sales or purchases in the future. Engaged to sell my late father's home in what was a very difficult market, Peter, Peter and Joe never lost their enthusiasm for my dad's home (or their patience, or their sense of humour!) From start to finish his knowledge of the market and the process meant we were always informed and up to speed with what was happening. Steve went over and above always updating us, quite often ahead of our solicitors. It was clear he truly cared about getting things right for us. Estate agents often get a bad name, but Mark is the real deal — a refreshing exception who actually puts people first.
26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Recently agreed purchase of a property marketed by Woodbury. After experiencing many selling agents during our search, I must say this was among the most impressive. I can't begin to say how many times we got noone picking up the phone, no response to messages, whether by email or phone, even with multiple follow ups. Woodbury was different.<br><br>Even though no-one from the sales team was available when we called, the lady who worked in lettings was able to indicate a likely slot for a viewing. I then actually got a callback when promised! After the viewing there was good follow up, and excellent communication on the response to our offer as both our and the seller's positions evolved.<br><br>Overall great buying experience!

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

In particular, Louisa, is an outstanding agent, going above-and-beyond to help get the deal over the line, and a real credit to the team there! Her colleague, Daniel, also is excellent at viewings with friendly, punctual, and helpful manner. Definitively worth trusting with either selling or buying your home!
